Congratulations to B of C.attle(Seattle)
...for becoming the new Sous(Sue, title meaning second in command) Chef at Belltown Bistro, one of the five Bluwater Bistro restaurants, in my humble opinion the nicest one with the best food. This brings my month long search for a job that I like and would be able to pay me for my ability. Its an hourly Chef position with garanteed overtime. $15.00 an hour times fourty five hours a week times fifty two weeks a year equals out to be about $36,000 a year, not bad for a start.
