Soooo, long time no see, right ?
What happened since my last entry ? Well, quite a few things, actually. I'm unemployed at the moment. At first, I felt a bit guilty to receive as much money as if I was working but you know, I worked a dull day job for a year and I think I earned to rest and enjoy a little. I spent a little time being blue and doing nothing but now I'm enjoying myself, making plans for the future, reading, getting tattooed, seeing friends, listening to good music, lazing in front of TV shows, cooking, etc. I feel a lot better
So, last time I told you about Laurah's set that I shot in Paris, well, here's a little update for you :

I can't wait to have your thoughts on this set ! This is my second one for the site, I tried to remember all the advices I collected after Linna's set and to improve my photography, so, I hope this set is gonna show it !
Talking about photography and SG, I had the pleasure to be invited to the next London Shootfest planned by my sweet Fische ! I'm so glad and flattered she thought about me for this ! I can't wait to see London again, I miss this city like crazy ! And I can't wait to meet all the gorgeous ladies and my cinema student mate Cudnovati !
Still about photography and SG, we had the pleasure to welcome Edd_ and Jupiter in Rennes for a few days !
There's a place in Rennes that I particularly like. It's a restaurant/pub belonging to friends of mine and a few months ago they restored their patio. It's glorious and I've been wanting to shoot there for a moment now. I didn't get the opportunity but I'm glad Edd_ and Jupiter did, because it's gonna be bloody awesome !
Then it was Marlene's turn to shoot a new set ! So we decided to go to a pond near our hometown and to do so we had to walk in the hot sun for a few kilometers. It was burning and unfortunatly, the place was crowded so we went in the woods. It was funny, hiding Marlene with the reflector, we had a good time there
We all got sick and sunburnt but it was worth it haha
A couple months ago, I had the great pleasure to start my first huge tattoo ! It's a sleeve project so it's not done yet, but I'm very excited ! I wanted a modern Anubis representation because he's the god related to my birthday and also my favourite one ! And who could be more able to do it than the talented Sinnah ?
I'm very proud of it. I feel blessed because I found a tattooist with whom I share a lot of common references and culture (it goes from cinema to japanese and asian culture in general to music to illustration and so on) and she totally understood what I was looking for and offered me this badass piece that represents everything I like ! I'm glad because it's very personal and efficient at the same time
I'm quite sure she's gonna be my favourite tattooist and that I'll get a few pieces from her haha !
Plus what's best than to be tattooed by a beautiful and interesting being while listening to Nujabes and Django Reinhardt ? Yep.
The second session was yesterday, and I went there with Marlene !

My beloved dork twin Asio as a new set in MR, I think she needs to hit the FP again with it because I miss seeing her there ! Plus it's been shot by the sweet MissKrone and what's not to like about it ?

So, how's everyone doing ? I felt a bit blue myself and decided to take a week off to see my family and then friends in Paris and fuck I needed this ! My batteries aren't full yet but it helped and I feel stronger
Also, I had the pleasure to meet Jupiter, sioo (even if it was for like, 5 minutes, I hope I can meet you properly another time, gorgeous !) and Laurah. Such babes ! They're even hotter in real life !
And well, I did it again !
I'm really happy I had the chance to shoot Laurah a new set, I hope you'll like it !

So, Happy New Year !
Hope everyone spent some quality time during the Christmas break and all. As for me, I first spent a week in Berlin at Asio and Jakob's with Marlene, Cane and MissKrone and it was perfect. I miss you guys SO much !
I was waiting to travel for so long, I enjoyed every bit of it, even the fucking ~30 hours I spent in the bus haha. Asio came at the bus station to get me and after a giant hug, the awesomeness started :3
Asio and Jakob are the BEST hosts EVER. Like, ever. I don't even know how to describe how sweet, hilarious, fabulous and kind they are. I just want them to adopt me so I can be nerdy/geeky/an otaku with Asio and talk about music and laugh all day with Jakob. They treated us so well, I can't wait to meet them again !
They also were great guides in the city and I took a shitload of tourist pictures, I have no idea how to show you all of it so, be prepared, it's gonna be huge !

The next day Asio was feeling a bit sick so Marlene and I went to the Naturkunde Museum (don't know if I spell this right). I also took many many pictures but I won't put all them there because if I did so, we'd still be there tomorrow T_T

Then Cane came and I was so glad to eventually meet her ! She's the sweetest person on Earth ! So shy and cute, she speaks with this little voice and smile. Well she's the beautifulest sheep I've ever met and she even offered us caramelized almonds she baked <3
We also met MissKrone who's so talented and cute and funny and lively ! She was always dancing and smiling, I miss her a lot too ! And she took amazing pictures on my last day, I can't wait to see them edited !
We went ice skating and then to the Christmas Market, it was magical and we had such fun !
And last day was all about shooting pictures in the blizzard (yaaaay snow on my last day !) and indoors to warm up
So yeah. Berlin was amazing, I had a blast, met incredible, intelligent, interesting, beautiful people that I can't wait to see again. Thanks SG for this.
I waited for Christmas for months and when it eventually came, I got sick -_-. Flu + two migraines in two days, a great way to ruin it. Thanks stupid body, I hate you more than ever.
Then New Year's Eve came with some friends, they spent the week at mine's and we had a great time, nerding around and being our lazy selves.
2012 has been mostly rubbish and I'm really happy we are eventually done with it ! I'm usually too lazy to take new resolutions but I feel like doing it this year, so, in 2013 I'd like to :
-Travel more
-Lose weight
-Save money to eventually get rid of my debts and pass my driving licence
-Keep meeting wonderful people
-Shoot more for SG

First of all, I'd like to give you a big fat thanks for all the love on Linna's set, because you let your magic work and helped making her pink ! This is just brilliant and I'm still over the moon, even though it's been a week now
Well I'm still processing and I think I'll realize it when Emerald hit the FP on November the 23d !
As for me, I had the pleasure to the meet the incredible Bamgirl back in September and well, it was a blast ! We talked all day like old friends, sharing the very same interests and view on a lot of matters. I feel like I've known her for years and it felt like home. And the meeting of our universes led to a great photographic experience.
As you may have noticed, I love to take pictures, as a cinema student I just love everything about pictures, lights, frames, composition. I have a lot to learn, I'm taking baby steps but I do love it for a fact. But when it comes to be on the other side, I'm the opposite of self-confidence and I'm certainly not a natural but I do love to sometimes be in this vulnerable position. To let go of the control and rely on the photographer. It went very well with my beloved Marlene and then, with my dear Bamgirl.
They succeeded in capturing what I like to express and show and Bamgirl did a really great job with these 3 series.
I always loved amerindian culture and chamanism and as an anthropologist and animal scientist, Bamgirl posseses incredible relics so yeah, it's was incredible shooting with all these. I shall stop talking about it and let you see the result now ! I won't show everything and wait for her to post a proper blog about it but I'll put my favourite in here !

In December, Marlene, Dylan and I will be heading to Berlin and staying at Asio's for a few days. I JUST. CAN'T. WAIT.
I'll have the pleasure to eventually meet her and the sweet Cane and to discover this incredible city that I've been craving to visit lately, I feel so lucky to eventually have the opportunity to travel !
I felt stuck for months now, glued to my flat and shitty work. I decided to stop my studies for a year and to work inorder to save up for my projects but it's very frustrating because I can't properly save up as my salary is miserable. So this trip was much needed and will be very comforting as all I want is to travel the world and discover, enjoy it. I want to meet new people, new cultures, ways of life, landscapes, to feel lost, without bearings. This wanderlust has been growing inside me and well, Berlin will be a great way to satisfy its appetite for a little while.
Hope you're doing well and I shall salute you with a little playlist of what I've been listening to lately, as usual
(Terry Callier passed away recently and the sorrow is still very strong. His deep, warm voice was one of the most soothing and incredible things I have ever experienced, he'll be missed for sure.)

Ah well, it's been a month now since I left my flat to see my folks and work, waking up at 4 am has been exhausting but thankfully it will bring money and there were a lot of cute boys to perv on at my work
!I went from Rennes to Nancy to Montpellier, I'm actually at my father's. He's got such a cute flat, all I want is to shoot a pretty girl in here ! And I'm glad I'll eventually be able to meet the sweet Bamgirl
But all I want now is to go home and spend a lot of time with my beloved Bubus, aaah I miss you so much guys !

Not much to say, I just felt like sharing some music actually, like I already did once or twice.
I decided to take a one year break in my studies inorder to make some money, pass my drive licence and pay back my debts. So actually I'm enjoying my free time with my favourite people in this town, spending a lot of time with my dear Xinh and the other members of our awesome Piñata Crew, drinking, talking, shopping, hair dying and such.
I met these wonderful people around a year now and they became so important to me and I'm so cheesy everytime I mention them. Well, you already know what I think of you all bande de bubus ! I can't wait to receive my new camera and take pictures of them !
Ah, and I finally got a smartphone, so basically, I directly downloaded Instagram and you can find me under this nickname : _Ayahuasca_

I also decided to watch one movie a day and I'm very proud of it as I've been a cinema student for 4 years now and only decided it now. Seems like I have to take a break to finally watch all the movies and read all the books I wanted to during these past 4 years. Ah, the irony. I suppose it's because I want to and not because I'm supposed to.

It's been a while since my last post, as always. I don't know what to do with myself, life seems pretty messy, mood as well. I'm going through very cheerful phases and doubtful ones, i'ts exhausting. I'm afraid to even think about the future, what I'm gonna do, where, etc.
But thankfully, I have very dear friends here, in Rennes, and I enjoy every minute spent with them
As I don't have recent photographs of myself, Marlene asked me if I wanted her to shoot me and she happens to be very talented when it comes to beautify people ! I wasn't very confident at first but then I get hooked and she made me very comfortable, haaa dear jument, I love you so <3

And then we had the pleasure to welcome the wonderful ulyce in our hometown, she's so inspiring and cool ! She crashed at my flat and I enjoyed talking for hours with her
But hey, she came to tattoo the Pinata Playa Party club and we spent an epic saturday between ink, retro gaming, food and laughs, it was perfect !
Also, Marlene's set Glitter Monster is still on MR, go vote for her ! She'd probably bake you amazing cakes and stuff to thank you, cause she's so good at this, you know. I want her to feed me till I die from foodgasm.

Roksane came to Rennes a month ago to visit Marlene and I'm glad I met her, she's so funny and cute, and you know the best part ? She has a set on MR shot by the lovely and talented Bamgirl : Retour de Montagne. You should give her some love, like, right now !
