Pain.
That's all I have to say about this past weekend.
Saturday afternoon Racheal & I went to go get tattooed. Rachel was getting this bad ass tribal tattoo starting from the top of her cookie hair, goin up around her hips & back to her tail bone. Kinda hard to describe but the pattern was really cool. This was her first tattoo. As for me I wanted to get a existing tattoo that I have fixed, which has never been mentioned on my profile for obvious reasons which you will now know why. As for most of us who get tattooed, our first tattoo looks like shit, because we (A) didn't know what we really wanted at the time (B) didn't know the difference between a good artist, bad artist ("sratchers") & an apprentace. Or (C) both. As for me it was (C) my guy was still aprentancing & I really didn't know what the hell I wanted. All I knew is that I wanted something.
So what did I get??? I got the (you're going to laugh)....(no really, You're going to laugh....really hard. So sit down & make sure you're mouth is clear from any food or beverage because if not you'll spit it out all over the screen & key pad) I got 2 of the Teenage Mutant Nija Turtles on my arm. I liked it at first then it became the tattoo that I didn't want anyone to see for lots of reasons. So for the past five years I've been wondering "what am I going to do about this tattoo?" I thought about having it lasered off, but found out that since that it is full color & green is the hardest color to pull out it would have run me about $1500.00-$2000.00 for it to be completely removed with in a 2 year span of treatments. Then I thought ok I'll just get the other 2 turtles put on, but then I would have had 2 semi & 2 good (now that I know more artist that can handle the job.) So then i thought about what the hell could i cover this thing with? But that would have looked ugly & BIG because it's such an akward tattoo as is. So then finally I thought well lets see if we can work around it, but what can I do? So I had the original drawing & took mesurements of my arm & started to think. After batting around a few ideas I finally came up with having the 2 turtles coming out of a Lotus Flower with either smoke or flames or both. I took the sketch down to Shogun Tattoo (see previous journals) & had my friend Pete look at it.
Pete did a free style drawing of the lotus w/fire around the turles better than I did. It took about 4 hours. Which if any of you have ever gotten tattooed for more than a 2 hour setting you know that I was in pain at the 4th hour. But beauty is pain so I had to stick it out. Rachels was about 4 1/2 hours. We were originally going to go to Dr_H's film screening after getting tattooed. But when we got home we were both exhausted from the tattooing. So Dr_H my appologies to you sir. (I know you read my journals). I was supposed to work at Though Your Skin yesterday but luckily for me kristi didn't need me. Thank God too, because I was still sore from the day before. but all in all I can say that I'm now not affraid to show this once regreted tattoo off to people. Pete really hooked it up PHAT!!!.
Sprint PCS finally turned my cell back on Friday evening after bitching at them for endless hours on how fucked up their system is (again see previous journal). The funny thing is yesterday morning they called me with a "courtesy call" to let me know that my next bill is due July 17th.....um yeah....July 17th. What a bunch of fucking morons.
Oh well what are you going to do?

Can I just tell you how much Sprint PCS blows ass?
I've had Sprint as my cell phone service for almost 2 years now. Their phone service has given me very few problems. But the trying to get some one to help you is a royal pain in the ass. hey have this feture on the phone to wear if hit *3 you can pay your bill over the phone with credit card or check. Now when this first went in to effect I was paying with my credit/atm card. No problem right? Well then they installed this credit card fraud protection system to wear your Sprint PCS billing address & you credit card billing address must be exactly the same (WHICH THEY ARE) other wise it won't allow you to pay your bill (WHICH IT WONT). So at first I was calling Sprint to try & get this little issue resolved at first it worked then the "system" through it back out & wasn't letting me pay AGAIN. So I called Sprint to explain the sitsuation & they wanted to charge me $5.00 for calling them & to have them handle this. So I had pretty much told them to "yeah right, your charging me an additional $5.00 because YOUR SYSTEM BLOWS ASS? So after dealing with that bullshit one of their reps told me that I should pay by check (she understood my pain). For the last year now I've been paying with checks on their *3 feature. And now it won't let me pay them with checks. I've been trying all week to contact someone over there to straighten this out & I keep getting put on hold & transfered. Not to mention that every time that I have called this week I've been disconected form their operators. Last night was the icing on the cake. I was being passed around the circut board like a cheap whore for almost an hour. I got disconected twice. After the second time I was so furious that I didn't even want to talk to Sprint. This morning I come to find out that my phone is shut off....FUCK SPRINT PCS!!!!!
That's it! I'm going Postal on them.
On a lighter note today is finally friday. And that means payday! Woo-Hoo! I think I'm going to get a new tattoo! One that says "Fuck Sprint". Just kinding. I want stars on my elows but that is becoming a bit trending in the tattoo relm. I don't know I do have a lot of unfinshed work that I need completed maybe I just get that done instead.

Well today I'm bak at work cleaning up "other" people's mess's that were created while I was out. You'd think that people would have a fraction of a clue not to mess with my files, mail, & other elements that alow me to do my job in proper manner. Well unfornately that wasn't the case. I came in this morning to find not only a stack of work on my desk but to find out that someone had gone into my backup filed CD's & pulled certain ones out without letting me know who pulled them, what they were used for, where they were going to & when will they be returning. I know this sounds a bit anal but it's true. If I'm not here for a day, I worry on how fucked up prodcution becomes here. Call me a perfectionist but that how I am sometimes. oh well enough bitching for now. Sorry I just to vent.
I dropped of the moms yesterday at the airport. It was sad to see her go. I haven't lived with her since I was 14 (now 32) & we've only seen each other a total of 4 times since then. I know you're asking why only 4 times. Long story & maybe one day I'll post it. Only a few of the personal friends know why. All I can say is that we're rebuilding the freindship that we've lost all those years. I'm actually now considering on how to get her back out to Cali permanately. I know she misses all her friend out here but her family is back there, or at least part of it is. I wish she could have stayed longer. She actaully got to meet the girl I'm sutto dating. This was a first for moms. She's never met anygirl let alone talk to anygirl that I've ever dated. They got along fine which I was really happy about. Moms wasn't even freaked out on what she does (which is nude modeling). but then again moms also knew I worked in porn for many years & had known I had dated pornstars. So at least I didn't introduce her to one of them. Can you see this happening. "Mom. I like you to meet pornstar girlfriend. Don't mind the 5 different smells of cock & pussy on her breath. she just got off from work." Actually I don't think mom would mind me dating a pornstar. Or if she did she wouldn't tell me. She accepts people for who they are.
anyway that's all for now. I have to clean up this mess that has been bestowed upon me here at work. ugh.
Oh if anyone does actaully read this & your a car person. I have a question. I have a 65 t-bird which I've been restoring for the last 1 1/2 years & the more I get into to it the more I find more problems with it. I'm talking MAJOR PROBLEMS. I need to tear off the landow top due to corosion, the right back panel need to be replaced & the front left fender needs replacing as well. My original estimate of getting it to wear I want it was going to be about $10,000.00 Now I'm thinking around $15,000.00-$20,000.00. My roommate works at a hot rod shop & they have a 59 El Camino for $5,000.00 the only thing that it needs is brakes & of course cleaningit up (paint & rechrome). I myself like old Fords, but the El Camino is so bad ass! I can't decide. I love old 50's & 60's T-birds.

I took moms so she could meet my borther ( I know that sounds strange, i'm adopted & I'll tell you the story later...). I kept telling moms of 62 years of age & normally in bed by 9:00pm, that Rick's(my brother) band wasn't going on until 11:00pm & that she would most likely be extremely sleepy when we got there. So we rolled down to the club around 9:30 & moms got to meet a lot of my friends down there. Let me just say this; MAD PROPS to everyone that came up to moms last night & introduced themselves to her & helped her around; Dead first band & crew, Brian from Cleopatra Records,Dish & anyone else who I can't remeber at the moment. YOU GUYS RAWKED!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart that meant so much to me. Dead First put on their best show to date so far with 2 new songs added to the list. I will post more of their shows when dates become available. As of right now they will be going to the recording studio on Monday to finalize the demo. T-shirts have been made & are available at up coming shows.
All 2 of you who actually read this may have noticed that I've been rotating my top 3 favorite Suicide Girls. I feel that all the SG's are beautiful in their own way. So I will continue to rotate them until I get lazy....or at least until Elise becomes a SG. Then I'll have to put her up. because I hav e little crush on her at the moment.

So the brand spanking new frig that replaced the one that took a crap on me last week ALSO crapped on me. After yesterdays journal update, the moms calls me & say that the frig is defrosting & it stopped working all together. So guess what I get to do today? Yup! you guessed it go get yet another frig. This time I'm having Best Buy deliver the damn thing here & they can haul this F@#%ing thing up stairs & take the other out. Plus I'm going to charge them for all the food that got spoiled. Can any thing else happen to me on my moms vacation? Does the refrigator gawd not like me? Is it gremlins? the thing that sux the most is having to take all the food out & all my Alyssa Milano magnets off the frig....AGAIN ! grrrrrrrrr.

I only get to see her once a year. But then again this IS the same company that remained open the day of 9/11/01 & told us to try & stay focused on work. >:{

Now the mom's is 62 & can't get around all that good anymore so I wheel her around in a wheelchair when she out here & we go places. Let me tell you that if you ever want a good work out on your legs, push a friend in wheeelchair around for a day. But all in all moms had a blast. Ok so I take a few days off for my Vaca with the Mom's & come back to a whole new & imporved SG. WOW! This totally makes up for a shitty time off . Not with the Mom's of course.
Ya see Mom is in town to visit with me for the next couple of weeks. So about a week ago I stocked my frigeraor & freezer with tons of food for her & I to grub on. Well on Wenesday night after a long day at Universal Studios I had made some rosemary chicken & coucouse for dinner(yes I can cook too). Around 9-10pm Mom goes into the kitchen to get a drink & notices alot of water is on the floor. I though that maybe we didn't shut one of the frigerators doors good enough, but they we're both closed tight. So I mopped up the water & went back to living room. About 15 minutes later I went back in to the kitchen to see if there was anymore water on the floor & low & behold there was....coming from the bottom of the frig. The freezer had taken a big shit & was defrosting. So I spent most of the evening putting towels around the frig to soak up the water.
So yesterday I had to buy a frigerator & haul it up stairs & ditch the other one. The old one would have cost the same as a new frig just to fix. Nice way to start Mom's huh?
