Haven't been on here in a while, have I?

Been pretty busy either shooting models or spending time in the hospital. Hopefully that latter activity is behind me, now.

Okay, yeah. Just stopping in to say hi!

Oh, I had a shoot with Naga a couple of weekends ago... not for SG, just for shits and giggles. She got naked in a skatepark in San Francisco. Poor thing almost froze her balls off... oh wait, she's a girl!

Wow... haven't posted anything here in over a month.
Actually... haven't posted much to any of my blogs in quite some time. I bet my LJ frieds think I've died.
And it's worse on MySpace... although over there, it's mostly just PMs.

I've been shooting a number of models lately. Got another shoot coming up tomorrow, too.

All is well on my end.

Would you believe I've been back from Burning Man almost 2 weeks, and I'm still trying to clean and get things organized?

I have a photo shoot tomorrow (if she doesn't flake). And then I tentatively have one for next weekend with a SG hopeful. I still haven't found out what her name is on here... she says she has an account and has submitted pics for consideration, now just needs to shoot some sets. We'll see what happens. Hopefully she has discovered me here (I've already told her my account name here) and will read this and finally clue me in.

I think my account runs out in October. And the credit card I use to pay for this site is no longer valid, so I either will let the account expire, or set it up with my new cc.

EDIT: I use online check, not cc... so I'm good.

Back from Burning Man, *still* cleaning!
Return to work tomorrow... hopefully I'll be ready.

Any locals want to shoot?

I will be in Black Rock (again) this year for the annual Burning of the Man! After missing last year, it will feel good once again to return Home.
This year, I am part of an official theme camp, called Atomikamp. We have a fall-out shelter theme for those of you refugees who have survived the end of the world. Come rest in our Afterglow Lounge and perhaps have a drink from our Bar.
We are located at approximately 8:30 on the Esplanade.
Just for clarification's sake, there is at least one other theme camp designed as fall-out shelter. And while they want us to change our camp, we are trying to convince them that it's okay for there to be several camps with the same theme.
Also, we are not related to last year's Afterglow.

And although I will be helping quite a bit with our camp, I'm certain I can take time off to shoot any of you who want to go play on the Playa. Just let me know!! You'll get a CD of all of the photos we take together!

It just doesn't seem to be the same here...

Right now, I am so ready to take two or three months off and just drive around the country. The several major obstacles preventing me from doing so are, 1) My Health. I don't recall if I posted about this or not, but about 7 months ago, I was diagnosed with cancer. In the time following, I have undergone numerous tests. At this point, the diagnosis has changed, and we no longer believe it is cancer. However, one of my doctors still wants to run a few more tests, because he thinks one of the biobsies that I had may have been healthy tissue, and still thinks I may have the cancer we originally thought it was. I still have a lot of testing to undergo.
The second reason I can't just pack up and go is due to money. I don't have any, like I used to. Back in 1997, my gf and I took a month off and just drove around the country. I had plenty of money back then. Of course, I was paying a rediculously small amount for rent, and now I have a motgage. I also have about $7K left on my credit card to pay off... considering what it was two years ago, though, I'm doing pretty good with that! But gas prices aren't helping. The funny thing is, I don't really care if gas prices go up, and I would still take the road trip. I don't complain about our gas prices like most Americans. The Europeans pay almost double what we do, and some countries pay three or four times as much. I don't think we have the right to bitch about it, except in a manner of supply and demand. No, it's a combination of many things that cost more WITH the fact that I'm not making as much in this piece of shit office where I'm working. And, unfortunately, I can't leave there until my health improves, either!
So... no road trip for a while.
