It is the odd things that usually do. I could give you a vegan soup recipe that I find brilliant. AND mixed with pasta gives a full protein. Cheap to make. Basically I crack out on it any chance I get.
Done! And it provides me without causing any bloating, or random things. I love this recipe. It has been my source for things tasty for more than a month, so I know it works okay. There is also a cabbage soup that I use, but it lacks the protein. But still yummy if that is all that you have available.
