Man, being home is way more lame than I ever remembered. Ahaha. I am glad that I left Japan cause I was done there in all honesty. But I really wish that I could still be traveling. But I am stuck in the vacinity for the next four years while I finish my second degree.... Blah. Oh my!

I got accepted at my second choice university, and wait listed at my first choice. Which is pretty decent. Well, actually they are the same university but they have two different campuses. One campus is close to my home, I would have been able to just move to the city and live with my cousin. She has a three storey house and she lives alone, it would have been nice and would have saved me a lot of money. But alas, that didn't happen. So I am off to a different city (yay to getting out of the countryside - don't get me wrong, I do love it, but to live there constantly can be a bit . . . . very very boring..) a bit further away (not a bad thing). Ahaha. I have a few friends there too. And one is even in the nursing program, although she is two years ahead of me. Actually, one of my friends from here and her boyfriend are moving into the city with me and getting a house or apartment with me. We are going house hunting on Monday. Should be fun! Fingers crossed we find a good place!

I am actually a bit concerned about moving in with my friend and her boyfriend... While not moving in with her, we have been friends since we were ten! So she is the closest thing to a sister I have! But I am a bit concerned about her boyfriend... Just that they might break up and we will have to start covering his rent... Blah. Ahah. But they have been dating for a really long time, and seem fine together... I just don't have a lot of faith in relationships... At all. Aha. I always figure that people change and stuff happens then someone falls out of love. It just happens!

Oh, and I don't remember if I wrote about this or not since it has been awhile... I broke up with Nic! YES. FInally. I don't know...

Congrats on the new university and good luck with the house hunting. I think I like city living better than being in the country too. It's beautiful here where I'm at but not to much to do. Glad to hear your break up went well, mine was a little rocky. I don't think we'll be friends.Thanks for the concern and thoughts, I'll be fine. Just a little heartache.

Honestly? Little Luna gets all the ticks, she's out about as much as Buster is. Though she's in and out all day, and stays mostly in at night. Buster doesn't give a shit. He'll stay out all day, and all night if he feels like it, and come back for the occasional meal.

But yeah, they can be outside for anywhere between 6-20 hours, depending on the weather, and whether or not they actually feel like hunting. Speaking of hunting...The two morons have taken to poaching turkeys. There's a mama turkey that hangs around my neighborhood with her chicks, teaching them to survive and all that. By herself. No mate. very odd. Buster and my neighbor's cat (who's a smaller, older, and huskier version of Buster) were stalking them this morning, got chased off by the mother a few times before I grabbed Buster and dragged him inside. Then Luna got out and killed one of the chicks.

As far as my sleep schedule...no. I'm still waking up 3-5 times a night for no apparent reason. Very strange. But yeah my early bedtimes are embarrassing for me because even when I was working as a custodian, or going to school, I'd be up until 11 or 12. Now with all the injuries and stress related to my job, I wind up exhausted but unable to sleep. lol.

And aye! good job with the university, and with getting out of unhealthy relationships! I dunno, I'm trying to sound all cheerful but I tend to fall flat on my face when I do. ;-)

And you gots rats! I was never a big fan of rats. Or mice. my minions seem to like rodents of all forms and sizes, but that's 'cuz they're both sadistic felines. And yikes. you made a long post but I leave you REALLY long responses. lol. Anyways I hope things stay good for you. :-) I...must sleep. lol

Nice! Congrats on getting in to the university. I guess it does suck to think that you're stuck in one place for 4 years, but at least you're getting to do what you want. Any luck finding an apt?
And yeah, I know what you mean about being concerned moving in with a couple. I did that once with my best friend and his girl and we havent spoken since... Oh well, here's hoping you have better luck
The new tats sound nice, you should definitely post some pics. Especially the stars, I'm sure they're really sexy
And yeah, let me know when you're in town and we'll figure something out. As for me, not much new. I started a new job, which kicks ass cause my last one sucked donkey balls. I'm working for a prof at Mount Saint Vincent University and it's pretty good. He really likes beer, so we get along really well. That's pretty much it I guess. Summer kicks ass and I think I'm gonna go enjoy it a little
