wahahahahahaha!!!
The XMas holiday is almost here and everyone around me is miserable!
Man, people have totally forgotten the spirit of Christmas.
Before, it used to be about spending time with family, having fun and just kicking back.
Now, it's all about buying useless shit at a store that obviously overprices everything. The same shit you buy for your friends/relatives is ultimately going to end up at a garage sale.
Who fucking needs another massager? Or an atomic powered clock? Or even a set of iPod capable salt shakers? lol
Want to give a gift? Give a gift from the heart. Put some thought into the gift.
Fuck. I remember the time I was given towels as a Christmas present. What a 'quick' gift. I would have felt better receiving nothing at all, or maybe even a pack of gift certificates to McDonald's, even though I don't eat there.
Seriously. Just a little bit of thought. It doesn't have to be worth a lot of money.
One of the best gifts I've ever received was from my cousin, who actually remembered something I said in the past and put some thought in it.
He gave me some action figures that I had been looking for, but couldn't find locally.
Were they expensive? Nope. Less than $8.00 each, but it was the effort and thought that counted. I still have never forgotten that gift, because I'm reminded of it daily, as those three figures are hanging on my wall to this day.
*sighs*

It seems that every year this day passes, I get older.
Why is that?
WTFOMGROFLMAO
Why? It are my birthday.
This is what happened to me..... I was earting my cake and then.... I was taken away from the yummy cake.

Happy New Year folks.
Is it me, or do the years go by quicker than expected? To think, I'll be saying something similar next year.
I'll update again soon. Being a government official takes up sooo much time.

So Biohazard III/2006 came and went.

After a frustrating, two hour predicament of getting lost while trying to find the playing field, we finally managed to make it to the game, albeit a tiny bit late.
Wasn't a bad experience, but I can honestly say it wasn't the best experience either.
I really liked the different playing field, but for some reason, I was just disappointed by how the overall games went down.
The game controllers allowed new weapons; shotguns. What for? You still have to successively shoot the zombies center mass, but pump the action three times. What's the use? Plus, there were cheaters (IMO) who had taken advantage of the rule 'loophole' regarding the 'bang x3' call. Errgh.... I'm just still a bit tired from the event. So much effort went into my legwork trying to organize friends of mine to attend so allow me to take a brief respite.
Here are the game details.
First half - We all play zombies. Kind of fun, but damn, the hot weather didn't help any.
Second half - Now we get to play the survivors who have to shoot our way out. Hell, ten minutes into the game, I get shot out by an opposing band of 'assassins' who were sent out to dispose of any 'survivors'. So to top off the threat of zombies, we now have to deal with enemies who shoot back. My brother was into the scenario, but damn his guns..... they kept jamming and since he wasn't able to help me fend off the oncoming 'assassins', we ended up getting killed in the game.
Heh... 5 guns and I had no time to use em' all. There were just too many zombies and opposing shooters.
If anything, I would blame the other players who decided to leave us behind in favor of saving their own hides. It didn't help them in the end, because they all got killed, just like we did. We probably could have survived if we had stuck together, instead of seperating.
Overall, I would have to say that I didn't have as much fun this year as I did the previous 2 years and I hate to say this, but I probably won't attend next year's event.

Ah....
One step closer to retirement.
It's strange to believe that today is my birthday.
Cheers to me. ^_^

Man, time sure flies, doesn't it?
Work is fine and damned easy, it should be a crime to do what I do at work. ^_^
Government jobs are the best. Nuff said.
Here's a picture of one of my favorite kittens:

Doesn't she look like a kitten with a great attitude? lol

Ah.....
Even though I've been back from San Diego since last week, I haven't posted here because I've been too busy fuckin' around at home. I just love being a slacker sometimes. ^_^
San Diego was a blast. To top things off, I was pleasantly surprised to meet a couple of Suicide Girls AT the San Diego Comic Con!
I met up with one of my personal fave SG girls Chloe and my new personal fave SG girl Amina. They were so polite and of course, very beautiful. I was so much in awe that I couldn't think of anything to say. Usually, I'm not the type of person who clams up when I'm around celebrities (yes, to me any SuicideGirl IS a celebrity), especially considering the fact that I used to have constant contact with Bands and Musicians (my former music publication), but for some reason, I just couldn't think of anything to say to Chloe or Amina.
I did however, compliment them both on their beauty as well as Chloe regarding her 'set that was shot in the alley where she wears green' and how much I loved that particular set.
I also managed to buy a pack of the SuicideGirls Playing Cards and have Amina and Chloe sign their respective cards.
Here's a nice pic of the ladies at the booth.

Don't they look absolutely beautiful?
Now a picture of me..... maybe some other time. I'm a bit 'shy'. lol

Alrighty!
Vacation time is almost here for me.
To tell the truth, I can't wait. I've been looking forward to actually taking a REAL vacation for the longest time, complete with VACATION PAY. (That's right mofo! I get PAID ANNUAL LEAVE. BOOYAAH TO THE HOOYAH!!)
So, not only will I be able to relax in sunny San Diego California at the San Diego Comic Con, but I'll also be getting paid from work using my annual leave. This just gets better. ^_^
I'm counting the days. Only 9 days left.
I can't wait.

Whoa....
I just came back pretty much unscathed, from a major car accident.
After flipping my car out (according to an eyewitness) 4 times until the car finally settled back on the top side, I was taken to the city's Trauma Center via ambulance.
Lo and behold, less than two hours later, I'm released from the Trauma Center with a pretty 'clean' bill of health, save for a bruise on my leg and a sore back.
What really gets me is that I was trying to prevent an accident, but in turn, got into one myself.
From what everyone is saying, I'm really very fortunate to come out from an accident like that with no major injuries (save for my pride and the loss of my beloved car).
It could have been worse and I'm glad to be alive.
I now believe that there are Angels watching out for me.
If you Angels, or even God himself, The Almighty Lord, read this, I just want to say;
THANK YOU.
