Accomplishments!
I finally managed to nail my nemesis pole trick, the SUPERMAN!!
Iv always been able to hold the position by getting into it from the ground (pic below

But on Wednesday I got into it up the pole from an invert into jasmine. Such a good feeling!
I also managed the hands-free Cupid a few weeks ago, it felt so weird and it took me a couple of lessons to finally get it right. I dont have a pic 
But this is what it looks like:
Only difference being, I dont have a body like that girl, DANG!
