How was everybody's weekend?? Mine was work-filled. I'm halfway through a 7 day stretch, can't wait for it to be Thursday. Thas when I'll have my day off and get to go Christmas shopping! On one hand that makes me really happy, cus it means I get to spoil my girl, but on the other hand it emphasises the fact that this years Xmas & NYE will be spend appart.
She's over there and I'm stuck here. Pooh. I'll prolly stay in bed those days, sulking, watching movies and stuffing my face, ghaha.
Past Saturday I went to the movies with two of my ladyfriends. Was a really nice evening. They came to pick me up from work, we went to this authentic Italian place to have dinner, and then went to see 'Earth' ..which didn't really impress me much. But meh. Was good hanging out and taking my mind off of work for a bit!
You know what I been craving for tho? Ben & Jerry's!! Anyone care to join me in devouring a few buckets?!?!
Next up: SGNL meet. In Maastricht. Jump off @ SuzyAnn's place. I'm excited!

Yesterday? Persistence Tour 2007!!!! We had an awesome little group we went with. Unfortunately we missed the first 2 bands due to 'Sinterklaas' madness on the roads, but we still got there in time to see the (best) bands. Evergreen Terrace were my personal fave, I was pleasantly surprised by Ignite (didn't really know them) and Hatebreed was the perfect ender to the show with their energy filled loudness!
After that? Bed. At 2am. And not nearly enough sleep, cus it's just after 7am now and I gotta run for work!!

Yesterday? Persistence Tour 2007!!!!
We had an awesome little group we went with. Unfortunately we missed the first 2 bands due to 'Sinterklaas' madness on the roads, but we still got there in time to see the (best) bands. Evergreen Terrace were my personal fave, I was pleasantly surprised by Ignite (didn't really know them) and Hatebreed was the perfect ender to the show with their energy filled loudness!After that? Today's blog was inspired by:
A weekend of work. I've only been @ the new job for 2 months and they already asked me to temporarily run the smaller of the two stores in Maastricht. So yesh, I complied. I love being an assistant manager at the XL shop, but 2 days of bosslesness were goody too!
Besides that I really didn't do too much this weekend. Watched Pirates 3 last night, hadn't seen it yet. Loved it tho. Best parts? Jack's mind at work in his 'hell' ..and of course miss Knightley's presence in the movie. Awesome. Oh and I've stretched my lobe up to a tenner. It's got a tiki-god plug in it now. Real talk.
This week will consist of more work balanced out by attending the Persistence Tour on Wednesday, with my friends D, Non, Kaat, and Suzy. Hit me up if you're going too.
Miss my girl. She's my world. Plus she boughted me a Christmas pressy ..but won't tell me what it is! She's mean.
