Ghehe. Just thought I'd share a few thoughts and feelings with you guys.
Have you ever wanted to be in a band? Then you must've thought about who you'd want in it ..right? Of all the famous artists, who'd you pick for your 'Ultimate Band'? Mine would include None (from Shattered Realm), Jared (from hed P.E.), and Travis Barker (of the Transplants / Blink-182).
Also. Some lovely ladies deserve your vote. I'm talking bout Silencia's saint-set, Candee's withlove-set, and Sheena's punkrocker-set. Now go vote, I done gave you the links.
Besides that. It's time for spring to set in. Bring out the soft semi-warm weather ..where all the girls start to wear their leather. I dunno why exactly but doesn't that view make you drool?!

Finally. All I can say is life is good. My girl will be with me soooooon!! *insert patented happydance* My new ink is healing well and fast. And I have some of the most wonderfullest people in the world around me. I'm a happy monkey.

Accompanied by my lovely sis (who kept me hydrated and distracted, ghahaha). And my ladyfriend Saartje also came along for support and cus she'd never been to a tattoo session before.
Dude delivered some amazing work again!! My design + his craftsmanship = awesomeness.
It reads the Roman word VIVO, which means as much as "I live" / "I am alive" / "I enjoi life".

So. Last weekend my heater got broked. 2 days of sitting in the cold even gets to this usually warm blooded monkey boy. But meh, thing got fixed on Monday, life went on. Exciting huh?
Ooooh I realised I need to go skate more. Yesh, weather kinda keeps me from it at the mo, but still. So plan for today is clean up our guestroom (thing is filled with cd's, doors, loose shelves, a nightstand, laundry rack, and a bunch of clothes I don't ever wear anymore) ..it's not suitable for anyone to sleep in right now, ghahaha. After that I'mma ride my board into town, go meet Ramon at the skateshop. We need to discuss and design some new jerseys for the team. They sponsor my basketball team. We had our first real game on Wednesday, unfortunately we lost 34:58, but everyone had fun. Ah AAAAND I need to go get some new ink. Asap. Got a nice little design to go on my lower right arm. What exactly? You'll see. Soon. I promise. It'll be in line w/ my backpiece, yet completely different again. Just stay tuned.

Weeeeeeeeekend!! Finally. I feel I deserve it. How bout you?
Last night went to a metalcore show at Fenix. It was ace! As usual it was lovely to see my dearest ladyfriends Candee & Non again. And tho the bands weren't the most awesomest it was still great finally seeing Strength Above All (local band) play, and I was quite impressed with Shattered Realm. Not so much for their music, but mostly for the stage pressence of one of their guitarists. I love that dude!! (In a non sexual way of course, duh!! )
Speaking about sexual.... I came across 2, well, similar 'images' this week, and they weirdly turned me on.
Since when did the combo of leopard printed leggings, black short jacket, and pumps / boots become appealing to me?!

Lazy day @ the home office. Reminiscing bout the old, pondering bout the new.
Was browsing YouTube this morn and came across this. THAT right there, to me, was hiphop's golden era. I remember being the sole one up at home, late at night, curled up on the couch, watching Yo! MTV Raps. More than once I found myself waking up in the middle of the night, tv on static, sleepy dragging myself to bed, only to get up early in the morn again for my paperroute. Ah the memories.
The next big thing in my life will shape my future. Our future. Dates are set: Februari 21st I'm flying over to Leeds, UK, to help my girl pack up her last things. Sunday the 24th of Februari, we'll be on the ferry, and the move will be definate. I soooo can not wait! I love her with all my heart, soul, mind, and being. She's my world.

So. I figured everyone and their mother knows by now that a new year has begun. Time for me to put up a new blog, one that's no longer about Christmas or NYE.
Does mean this is a completely random bloggy.
Let's see. Work is slowly starting to get less hectic, so thas good. Finally get a chance to actually TALK to a customer again and help them. The date my future wifey is moving over and in is nearing, finally!! I've neglected sports a bit lately, so will be glad to either be on my deck again or on the court. Plus I miss riding my bike, shoulda never sold it. Or should get a new one. Am getting a bit tired of our not-yet-furnished appartement. Minimalistic might be a way of life for some ..but this is getting ridiculous, ghahaha. Am sorry we only had snow for like a day and a half, the sun is shining today tho. Still gonna post a snowy pic. Cus I like it. Deal with it. Also kinda got my eyes on these at the moment, what d'you think? Anywho, you know me, pics:

WELCOME TO THE NEW YEAR!!
Aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrggggggh! Everybody survive NYE?! Did you go out with a bang?!?! Who's got hangovers?? Ghehehe. Two thousand, and 8. Damn. Where does the time go.
I ended the year with a cool metalcore show last Saturday. Went w/ my friend Non, in a pimped out Opel Blitz, playing Guitar Hero in the back of the bus, ghahaha. It was ace! The show was great too btw, loved Enemy Ground and the drums from No Turning Back were amazink. Closers the Skoelie Boyz gave the eve the perfect ending. Also got to see Faat again and of course HAD to take a pic together. Oh and thanx Non for being such a great friend:
NYE. What'd I do? Spend it with some of the bestest people in the world!! Non, her Dad, Candee, and laurits. Just a really chilled eve w/ lots of music and things to munch on. Fireworks were pretty good out there (tho some were just ridiculously loud, ghaha). An almost perfect ending to the year, 'cept for the fact my lady was missink. She'll be over soon tho, permanently, so whaddayasay, new years eve @ our place next time?!?!
Soooo, anyone got new years resolutions?? I have the same one every year all year: live alive. And of course spoil my girl and let her know how much I love her every day. Oh, and I wanna be in a metalcore band. Ghehe. Doing vocals. And I'd name it "A Reason Not To" or simply "Kennel".
Anywho, thank you all for making 2oo7 a year to remember, I wish I could give you all a personal hug for that! Let's try and make 2oo8 an even better year, with lotsa roadtrips, shows, meetings, and shenanigans. LOVE YOU ALL!!

Quick Christmassy update from your santa-seasoned Ape!!
Christmas eve was lovely, I spend it with my ladyfriend Saar, we made a salmon pasta w/ tomato-kiwi salad on the side and watched The Nightmare Before Christmas. Just a real chilled and chatter filled night!
First day of Christmas I got to spend with two of my dearest friends: Non & Candee. Together with Non's dad, friend Franco, and Candee's boy laurits we had a great afternoon w/ frosted cupcakes, all kinds of candy, a great (vegan) meal, chocolate pudding covered fruit as desert, and tv movies Nemo & Shrek. Afterwards Non dropped me off at home. I put a matras in the livingroom, curled up under the duvet and called my girl. Due to circumstances, well, DIStances, ghaha, we have to spend this years Christmas season apart. Was ace hearing her voice tho and while calling I got to unwrap my pressies!!
Today, 2nd of Christmas, I started off in bed watching episodes of my newly acquired M.A.S.K. dvd's. Then later on my sis & her man came from Belgium to pick me up and we had a wonderful dinner at my moms' place.
I had a wonderfully chilled Christmas this year, with the bestest of friends and the loveliest family. Thank you all.
Next up: work work work ....and Jay Holland Birthday Bash on Saturday w/ Non, Candee, and laurits. Holla atcha boy if you're going!

Who what where when?!?! Time has gone by soooo incredibly fast! This year has brought me a change of jobs, a new hobby, the 1 year anniversary w/ my girl, a refurbished appartement, tons of new friends and acquaintances, a new body-mod, and seeing my fav band play live in concert!!
All I can say is that I'm blessed to have such awesome friends, the most wonderful lady one can ever wish for, a wintery wonderland outside right now, and just can't wait till 2008 comes, just so I can find out what marvelous miracles this new year holds.

Was just a small meet cus not many could make it this time of year, but it was ace to finally meet Tattoo_Fatoe and to see Candee Suicide, kii, SuzyAnn, and Evilgasm again!! The eve started off in style with Candee and yours truelly arriving fashionably late (cus we got lost on the way over, ghahaha). We hung out all night gourmet-ing, drinking tea, and just chatting. Such a relaxed atmosphere and such wonderful and positive people. I got so chilled I even spoke less then I normally already do. Don't. Whichever.
Funny fact: I was the only one NOT dressed in a black shirt.
Next up this week: shopping for some last minute christmas presents, stocking up on yummy foods for the holidays, some skateboarding, and work of course.
