Time for a new Blog. I am to lazy to write often in the last month, but sometime I have to
Today I feel that the summer ends and the autumn is coming. It`s sunny, but cold ~ 60 Fahrenheit.

Sometimes I am a bit sad that in my area only Heidelberg and the castle is well known, but on the other side of the river Neckar in Heidelberg is a mountain called Heiligenberg which means in English Hollow mountain. There is tower which included my name Stephans tower. I did some pictures

Then there is a place called Thingstätte built unfortunately by the Nazi goverment 1935 based on a Celtic standard. Today is used for theater and music events.





Furthermore on the top of the Stephan Tower you can see Heidelberg and the old town.





At the very end there is also an old convent founded 900 and destroyed 1200 after Christus. St. Michael.

My Blog needs an update the last one is to negative, but I have no single clue what.

Maybe I bought a Eee PC 900 and I love it

Mmmmh today is a rainy lazy Saturday and think about SG and why I am here.

This tought came as I start on a German Portal with a local group about a Wave, Psychobilly and RockaBilly Club in Mannheim in the early 80s.
I was 14 at this time and started with Depeche Mode and developed me to a Psychobilly with a passion to our local soccer club SV Waldhof .
After 2 weeks we have now 25 people and a lot of old photos and memories. I uploaded some pictures to SG in the past

Old Stuff

At the moment it seems to be the time stands still and nothing changed only that we getting older. The saplings hear in general the same music, looks like we looked. There is no much new development.

Is this good or not?

Although bands like Meteors, GuanaBatz or Bauhaus, Joy Division are immortal. Bands e.g Deine Lakaien and Project Pitchfork or King Kurt still useless.

I still hear everything which is good for my ears.

Sometimes I amused about whippersnapper talking about younger ones as they are fledglings which is very common here. I am amazed that members here get the title oldschool regarding they started here earlier than others. Maybe Grandmaster Flash is Oldschool, but ... haha

As I lived in the US a friend point me to SG and 2 years later 2006 I became a member here.

Why I am here

1. I love the style from some SG Girls Tattoos
2. Some Groups e.g. the SG Germany which is one of the most active and joyful groups. By mischance I am not really an active guy.
3. To find new ideas
4. To make some ignorant people angry

I think I will stay here since as long my subsriber is valid in November and then I will start to make thoughts again.

I know the 80s was more ignorant as every other decade on the other hand the most creative decade and maybe my point of view is too blurred. I am too sentimental these days.

Anyway I wish a good weekend to all.

Sunday morning, weather cloudy and 70 F, I am in the bed and wait for my girlfriend who has to work in the weekend shift. I am a bit bored at the moment. I founded on another German Portal a "HardRock Club" group which was my my home from 1984 - 1987 . It was one of the first New Wave, Psychobilly, Rockabilly Clubs in Mannheim and I loved it. My parents was not so lucky about that, but it is 25 years ago and now I am an "Alter Sack"

Good night

Since a long time I write a Blog. I am to lazy in the summer months. Today is the first colder day since some weeks. The last week we had weather like the East Cost in America. High humidity and temperature in the higher 80`s until 90`s.
It`s not common in Germany to use an air condition, but I have one and still have a bad conscience regarding the global warming. If I was in the US I was amazed that the air conditions running 24 hours, although the people was not at home. I always switch off the air condtion.

Anyway I bought a IPhone and I love Apple hahaha we was in France 2 weeks ago and I made some photos with the IPhone camera and it is not too bad

Summer starts in Germany and everything is fine. Nothing special and everything is ok. I have a cold, but should be better this day.

Today is a sunny day in Germany and unfortunately my GF has to work again. If this is so I always drive around our local area. Everyone in the world knows Heidelberg, but Heidelberg is boring. I like the smaller towns e.g Ladenburg which is built on Roman ruins







Nearby Heidelberg there is a small village on the top pf the mountain called Dilsberg





The mountains are not really high only 600 m, but nice

Today the spring comes back with 70 Fahrenheit and very good weather. My GF has to work so I decided to drive to a valley called "Angelbachtal". I like this area nearby Heidelberg.



At the moment asparagus is famous in Germany and it was so cold that the farmer worked in that way
