Birthday Blog/Photo Dump Time!

Some notes on the Birthday Photos:
- I hate cake. All kinds. I hate the texture, the flavor, and the bellyache that follows. So instead of a birthday cake, I made a huuuuuge jello shot out of 3 boxes of jello and used cake flavored vodka. Then I cut pieces out of it like a cake. It was awesome.
- Reekie got me the Pandora-style charms that you see. I got her the same Balloon and Anchor last year, and we call it our "Modest Mouse" charms because of the We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank album cover. Same as my tattoo on my hip. She also got me the two Jeremy Renner movies.
- My 'birthday outfit' was my little brother's old spare jersey from hockey. You can see the year and everything on the patch. Crazy that my dad still has that.
- Near the end you'll see the hide-a-bed and rice bags with my toesies peeking out. That's from yesterday (along with the Bryzly cuddles you see) I've managed to fuck up my ankles, my knuckles on my right hand, and my neck and shoulders. I'm just all broken to little pieces it seems.

Still dealing with some emotional issues. I am trying to forget a mistake, trying to move on, trying to let go. But the harder I try to put it behind me, the harder I try to pretend it didn't happen, the more the universe throws it in my face. Over and over and over. The worst part..... when I think about it, I both smile warmly and want to vomit. It makes me happy and it makes me hate myself. Emotions are dumb. Reekie and I have figured out what has to happen to movie on but for fucks sake, can it just hurry up and happen already?!

On a positive note, one of my friends posted this on my facebook for my birthday....

I am on an UNREAL Andrew Volpe/Ludo/Hot Problems bender. If I listen to any playlist that isn't strictly Ludo or Hot Problems, I have at least 4 songs from them on it. I can't stop. HOW ADORABLE IS ANDREW VOLPE THOUGH?! GOOD GOD. And his voiiiiicccceeeeee. hhhhnnnnggggg. I miss seeing them in Lincoln all the time.











Kinda wish Hot Problems had Puke and Rally uploaded but oh well. Best song on the album.





I was going to post more, but it's Spaghetti-O time which is good because I'm fucking sick again. Blech. Time to eat and watch some Archer before I clean the kitchen and do some laundry.
