UPDATE:
I am still in Denver. As if the night wasn't bad enough, I packed everything I own into my car, got Bryz settled in the passanger seat and moved the car to a parking spot where my father wouldn't see me. I got on my phone to see how much money I had, and how far I could get. Total amount in both accounts combined? $12.05

I couldn't go anywhere at all. I've been putting off an emergency credit card for a while now, and I finally found the motivation to start my research. I was so excited to be free, to be gone..... only to be let down.

I am safe though. Bryzly is safe. We still have a place to live. We slept in my car that night, and she sat on my lap and watched over me the whole night. The next morning, my dad came home from work to let me in and we talked. And by talked, I mean I sat his ass down and told him everything he didn't remember. He's cut back on his drinking, but I'm keeping an eye on him. And I also told him I would find ways to record his actions the next time he gets too drunk and doesn't listen to me.

Thankfully he's out of town since yesterday morning. It's nice to have alone time so suddenly. I still need out, but my life is pretty...... uneasy and unstable. I finally bought some storage drawers for the clothes I wear most often so that I can actually feel a little more at home. I bought some fall candles as well. And more cheap wine. I am allowing myself to relax and play mario and not give a fuck. I can't handle anything else right now.

But I DID find a Latin patch for my Rosetta Stone. So, I can study a new language that I actually care about and move on from German for a while. I know Rosetta Stone is the WORST way to learn Latin, but its the best chance I've had my entire life. It's one of the brightest things in my life right now.
