I have not posted in a while. A friend on site was doing a dissertation and asked me some questions about how I saw this site , so here are my answers .

-I try to be active, I do talk to a number of people . but I have never really kept a journal . I hate opening up online. I post more often here than I do on my Livejournal.
-Well the viewing is self explanatory. I write to people because i like meeting new people. And it doesn't hurt that they happen to be cute girls .
-well the are a lot closer than the majority of adult sites. I guess that is the only way to categorize this since there is nudity. They do have a broad variety of shapes and sizes which is nice. There is still a leaning towards slim and busty but that is what sells. And that is not really the norm , but at least here the girls are allowed to show their beauty in a more well rounded individual way .
-Yes I do . I have heard some girls complain and I can see some of the truth in what they say, but as I said a lot closer than any other site out there.
-well I am not sure how I would feel if I were a women. But as a man I feel a little insecure. Simply because the women are very beautiful and I could be in better shape. I need to loose a few pounds.
-it would be a little easier on this site because people are a little more towards the norm . On this site a flaw is not seen as a deal breaker, and beauty is seen in a wider definition.
- I think I try to be honest and myself online. What would be the point of being someone else if you ever hope to meet someone who you first meet online. Oh what a tangled web ....

-we all judge by physical appearance. It is a mistake but it is an almost universal one. I think but expanding our views on what is beautiful we learn to see and accept what is good and interesting in more people. I think your example about a slim person being better and more interesting is the sort of thing this site is hopefully inching away from with it's broader selection of models. Presenting curvier more voluptuous non-vanilla ( pierced , tattooed, etc) ladies as well as the girls closer to the fashion magazine norm.
-hell no , but then again I am a out of shape older guy . If I am to compete I am going to use guile , charm and experience lol
-I love this site. I wish there weren't some people who make it tough for others . I have experience a bit of this myself. I wish everyone stayed happy and never left. But over all I still love it and that is why I stay .
-They rock . in may awesome and varied ways .
-We all do everytime we look in a mirror , no site forces us to . Don't blame others for your own insecurities or shortcomings.
-I really should update my blog ..hmmmm

Hi all , Ok long weekend coming up . I just wanted to say I am a little surprised by the response of my last blog. Which is to say there hasn't been much. I am a little confused. I was under the impression that it was a good thing to find a photographer to do sets and sometimes it was hard to do. I have a friend who is quite talented and no one seems interested. Are we flooded with good photogs in toronto ? I mean for all I know that might be the situation. I just know I have a friend who wants to try this and i was hoping to help her get models . oh well

So , I have this friend . She is super talented, does and/or tries almost anything artsy to push her boundaries and learn new stuff. She is a graphic artist but has tried her hand at calligraphy, leather work , stained glass, well to be honest all sorts of stuff. Well her newest kick and I must admit the one I am most intrigued by is erotic photography. So she is looking for subjects. I wonder is there anyone in the greater toronto are who wants to try out a new photographer. I was telling her about this site and she asked me to hook her up with some of the girls . So this is me doing just that. So if you want to give her a chance let me know

I was doing some work in a clients wine cellar today and was surrounded by his collection. I was told his collection is worth something like 8, Yes I said Eight million dollars . Now assuming a few of his more worthwhile bottles might be stored elsewhere this stash is still worth a large chunk of that , I was somewhat jealous. I am not a huge wine fan , but I do like a nice vino once in a while and would have loved to do a tasting from the inventory. I have never actaully seen a bottle of cristal before , and I turned my head today and saw 7 of them on a shelf, one vintage from 1986 , I assume that makes it even more valuble. There were lots of cool labels and vintages dating back to the fifties. Did I mention I was jealous

just got back from pennsic, sooooo tired. it was fun

So I am going to pennsic in a few days and I am hugely nervous cuz I am so poor. I have done this before and I am getting really sick of living paycheck to paycheck . I am going to try and not think about it and have a good time with all my friends. Enjoy some fighting and partying. Silly question are they any SCA people on this site ? Or any Ren folk who are going to pennsic ?.

So apparently to be accepted around here you need to blog. I have over one thousand "friends" on this site. I belong to over twenty groups . I post comments on an almost daily basis. But because I do not like posting my private thoughts publicly, or well semi-publicly I don't make the grade.
So I wonder is this not a community of people who are supposed to be on the fringe , eclectic , artsy, intelligencia ? You know the sort normal white bread vanilla folks used to despise and beat up. once upon a time the popular cool kids used to shun the pierced , the tattooed, the fans of strange music and offbeat fashions. Those few those insecure those dare we say geeky used to cluster together for strength and a sense of community. Now it is cool to have tattooes and piercings and listen to punk and alt rock and wear outlandish things . So what develops but a caste system within the formerly alternative crowd where we have the pretty, cool,and popular freaks ( I am using the term with love as opposed to derision here) and then the layers down to the ugly, smelly, and shunned.
What I am trying to get at here is maybe a bit more openness would be nice. Not that I haven't met some great people here and I love this site very much . However I just feel like the outsider geek all of a sudden and I really feel a sense of extreme irony that I am getting that here . Does this make any sense at all ?
Thoughts people. If I have to blog this shiite out then I might as well make it interesting

Hi sg world.

I have never blogged before , I hate writing journals. I was always under the impression that diaries are meant to be private. I am terribly shy under impersonal circumstance. I am quite the opposite in person once I am comfortable in my surroundings.

Anyways I have a dilema, I am in a catch 22 situation. I have tried numerous times to join the SG East group so that I might find out where the social occasions are so that I might eventually get off my lazy shy butt and maybe go . However to get into the group you need to have someone vouch for you . And here is the problem . I have not met anyone from the site in person since i first got my membership at the tattoo north expo two years ago. So I do not know anyone very well to vouch for me . So I need some advice . What should I do ?
