I tear my skin in a rush to avoid the sticky floor
Can't be slowed down now, I've got somewhere to be,
But nothing to do if I get there
If I get there, I sometimes get lost
In fact I am now, and I have been for a long while,
Lost, slightly
I should ask for directions but what use would they be?
Nobody knows where I'm supposed to be going.
Not even me, especially not me.

I've got all the tourist destinations marked on my tourist map,
I've leaned against monuments but left no mark and took no photographs.
If anyone asks I'll say I was there. And I'll talk about my next great adventure,
It will be different every time, it will be marked on my map.
I'll do it soon, I fully intend to, but right now I've got to stop the bleeding and escape from this room with the sticky floor.
