I decided I'm going to apply for the JET programme in Japan when I'm done with Uni. I'm not sure what will happen with my boyfriend, I'd love for him to come with me, but I need a culture shock to prevent me from "settling" and I just want to do something completely new! I guess it just really depresses me seeing my friends getting married and having kids in the same town they grew up in, there's so much more to life than marriage. A year in Japan will be great, I want to work on my illustrations and comics while I'm there, plus they pay kind of very well

I'm trying to find a furnished flat in Cape Town, where I'll be for 2 months, but it's just too expensive. I dont know what I'm gonna do... I have an invitation from friends there to live with them, but another friend, or two are coming with me, so I can can't just rock up at their place with two more people. And I still need my job confirmed, hmmm..... But I'm definitely gonna be there for the summer. Fuck Pretoria!!

It's crazy, last year June we went to Cape Town and whenever we said something was "Zeff", everyone asked us what that meant, its such a Pretoria/Boksburg word and it's crazy how fast it spread. I made myself a portfolio cause I need to intern this summer, but I dont really want to apply at any companies except this other one I applied to. It's the only one that attracts me - guess I have to make a back up plan... Meh

I've been looking for a non-profit organization that helps teenage boys, if anyone in SA knows of one, please tell me. I want to make a PSA for one for a project and I really cant find one, its all young kids or teenage girls. Poor boys!
