I literally have a headache from trying to understand the work I'm writing a test about on Thursday. Busting my brain. Am I missing something or am I just stupid?

So I get that currency is god, blah blah blah but then they say shit like

" The death of God ... turns out to be the negation of negation of life that is the redemption of appearances"

Huh? Its algebra in philosophy and I am not clever or high enough to understand it
