This is what I've been up to:

A new daily online comedy series called ecoupons.tv (you can find the archive of videos there)

OK, so I have not updated in a long time, but I had to share this very surreal story:

Corey Lidle, the Yankee Pitcher who crashed into an apartment building on the upper east side of Manhattan on Wednesday had come to three of my comedy shows within the last month.

He was sort of a hero to the comedians on our show, because we thought it was so call that a professional baseball player liked our shows so much that on one night he stayed for both shows (the comedians tried to change their material up for him, since mostly we perform about 85% of the same stuff from show to show.)

Then he came back a couple of weeks later (last week) for another show. I, of course missed both times he was there because I'm a huge basball fan and that would have been too cool. But the comedians who were there said that he was a really great guy (this is pre crash, not a post drash making him nice.)

He even took the time to stop in Times Square when we were passing out fliers for our shows and talk with two of the comedians he had seen. In fact he spoke with one of the comedians just two days before the crash.

It is weird enough to hear about a plane crashing into a building in Manhattan (I knew it wasn't terrorism because of where it was and the small size of the plane.) but even weirder and really terrible to find out it was a guy who you have some connection with, albeit a very distant one.

RIP Corey Lidle, you had great taste in comedy shows!

Wow,

I haven't updated on here in a loooong ass time! I don't even know if anyone is out there still looking for something from me! (if you are say "hello!")

I've been running a room at a comedy club in the city and it's been going amazing well so far. It's also been taking up an incredible amount of time, but I can't remember when I've been happier.

I'm getting to perform every night, help out other comedians and the shows have been packed. It's a really nice feeling.

Now I have to muster the same excitment and actually clean up my apartment!!!

and how are you?

I broke'd my foot...

Or at least the Dr. thinks it might be broken but the X-rays were inconclusive.

Funny thing is, he was just holding them up to the light in the office, while there was an official X-ray light thing hanging up in the hallway about 10 feet away.

I thought..."hmmm maybe it's inconclusive because you're trying to look at it with normal fucking room light."

You paid all that money for a fancy X-ray light, why not use it?

So now I'm in a boot to stabilize my foot, and aside from being uncomfortable it's very boring. I live on the 5th floor of a walk up and now have to put both feet on each step before I can advance up. Holy shit is that boring! Now I know why so many handicapped people smoke, it gives them something to fucking do!

Anyway, if any adorable ladies would like to send some tea and sympathy my way, I'm fishing...

I have so much going on that I'm starting to get lost. I have to site down and make a list of everything I have to do and a check list to actually do them.

I'm feeling very lazy and un-motivated. Trying to get myself out the door and to the gym, but I just keep checking my email about 1000 times. I think this is that internet addiction I've been hearing so much about.

There's a poster I've seen walking around New York. I don't remember what the ad is actually for, but it has a pretty intense dude on it and it says something like "outrun the lesser versions of yourself."

This is how I feel. I feel like I'm doing pretty well, but could be doing more and could be doing it better and smarter. I like myself very much, but I need to start outrunning this current version of myself.
