So the three shows in 24 hours went well... We were short on time for the first two, however. The last one was at the biker rally... That crowd loves us. A huge storm rolled through and we continued to rock... The crowd gathered behind me under roof so I started to play with them. I even danced with an older woman while playing... The wife got a kick out of that. They want us back at the end of the month... Can't wait for that!

Still waiting for Ohio to give me my motorcycle endorsement... Feeling like today is the day... Hopefully.

Rescued a kitten Tuesday... The little shit scratched me up pretty well, but he/she is unharmed... For that reason, I'm naming it El Diablo.

Today is the big day... Tonight, we start our "3 Live Shows in 24 hrs"... First to Roswell tonight. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by to see our band. Wish me luck...

So got a text from the lead singer of my band Friday... He wanted to know if I could do 2 more shows Saturday. I said "hell's yes!!". So we will now do 3 live shows in 24 hours. Roswell is the big event, but Saturday night is another biker rally... They asked us to perform again. It is for a fundraiser this time. I'm looking forward to that one the most since it is for a good cause. Got a lot of practicing this week...

So one more week before the big show... I'll get pics from this one to post on here.

Did an interview for the discovery channel yesterday... I'm sure I'll look like a jackass, but oh well.

And the papers came for my motorcycle license! I expressed that package back to them. Hopefully they process it within a day or two...

My prediction for my weekend consists of a lot of rum and loud music with my bass... Hope everyone's weekend goes great!

Step it up Ohio!! I need my license packet so I can ride my motorcycle!! Today would be a perfect morning to ride it to work...

We've discovered that our guinea pigs love when I play my bass.... They sit at the front of the cage and watch me. When I stop, they start squeaking and running around.

Picked up my new bass yesterday! Now I can't wait for the Roswell show....

Interesting Saturday... Cleaned house, started building a dog house, went to Lowes for supplies, got drunk, practiced my bass, wore a bark collar... All with a pulled back.

By the way... I love my wife!!

So in the past few weeks... Tried to quit the band. They wouldn't let me. Finished the motorcycle course. Survived the lake (even thought I'm feeling it now). Finally decided on a time and location to go camping in Northern NM. And figured out I'm not going across the ocean anytime soon.

Now I'm concentrating on the Roswell show... We have a new drummer we're trying to get up-to-speed. Might be getting a new bass during my West Texas shopping trip this weekend. Other than that, not much new... Hope everyone is doing well.

It's confirmed... My band will be headlining the UFO festival in Roswell! Time to get serious with my bass again...

The band and I rocked a biker rally last night... Once again, we played for 5 extra hours because they wouldn't let us stop playing! The manager of the rally spoke to the crowd about how we were better than any of the other bands they hired and how we should headline all of their events. The crowd liked that idea... For now, our eyes are on the Roswell UFO Festival...

If you have not been to a biker rally, I recommend it... You will see some stuff you'd rather not, but overall great time.

Think I'm still drunk... Hoping the water, ibuprofen, and coffee keeps the hangover at bay...
