Well, the wife is in Missouri... Not having as much fun as she should be, but I'm sure things will work out for her. She needs time away from here...

Changed my bass strings today. It sounds amazing now... Too bad I'm primarily the guitar player now.

Ordered pizza and bought two horror movies. Going to take tonight to relax and reset. After my 5 days of driving and the 12 hour drive yesterday, I went to band practice for 4 hours and then couldn't fall asleep... I think I need a night of peace.

Hello! It's been a while since my last post.... Not much new. Going to my Mother's Master Degree graduation in Iowa next weekend. Excited to see my family again... Been almost a year.

Getting cold here... Should warm up again soon, hopefully. I want to ride my motorcycle more.

Should be in PA for January-February... Not sure where the wife will be though for that time. Shortly after that, we'll be moving back to Florida.

Band practice today... We're coming along nicely. Should be a good show later this month.

Borderlands 2 tonight! The wife is more excited than I am, but I'm still excited... She wanted the huge (and very expensive) collector's edition so she's getting it. Even though I have work tomorrow at 07:30, we're still going to pick them up at midnight... and we'll probably play for an hour or two.

The band is back together! We've had to deal with the loss of our lead singer/lead guitarist, but we're learning. For example, I was the bass player for 7 shows and now I will be the backup guitarist/bass player. An extra bass player is now the drummer, et cetera... We also have a new singer. She can sing some songs very well, but we are still working on breaking her out of her shell.

We've had to move one of our closest friends to MO a couple weeks ago and had to help another couple move out yesterday. One of these days, it'll be darkkitten and I moving out to a better place, but not just yet...

The wife and I have a new project... A 1981 Honda motorcycle. We completed a tune-up on it, but still have much more work to do. We've decide on an "Anti-Zombie" theme for the bike... Should be interesting to get it there. But we need to kick it into a higher gear because the weather is degrading quickly in this part of the country... Not much time left.

Haven't been able to ride the bike due to New Mexico finally getting rain. I could use a great bike ride...

Got the biggest show of the bands history coming this Saturday.... The original bass player is back, but he's too unsure of himself to play the set so I'm the primary. He's also a recent divorcee so he has been majorly distracted... Took him and a few others to the strip club. He enjoyed it a lot... Felt good to get him out and enjoy time with friends. Also took our lead singer... Since he is leaving soon, he wanted a day with the boys. Little did I know, he loves strip clubs almost as much as I used to. So we had to drag him away... But he definitely will remember the day that I showed him off in style...

So back to the show... There will be a dunk tank, volleyball, horse shoes, live music (as long as we can keep playing), a lot of alcohol, BBQ, et cetera... Basically, the best time I've had since I've been here.
