I hate quickly switching to a night schedule... I get a lot of free time, but I get too tired to effectively do my job on the first night. Then I have to switch back to the day the next day... Love my sleep aids.
Took both of our dogs for a run/walk today... The puppy and I got into a race. I let her win... Our male (Vedder) kept getting thorns in his paws so we had to stop and help him constantly.
My back is still recovering from the weekend... I hate massages but the wife loves to give them so I may have to let her...

Well I hadn't heard of them, so I checked them out... Very cool! Their stuff isn't available here in Australia, so I'll be making a couple of purchases on amazon this week!! Thanks for the suggestion, I LOVE music advice/talk anytime!
