That may be a slight exaggeration. I almost fainted twice in the last hour, howzat?


I just performed an hour of plyometrics; I am one tired, sorry mofo. This is Day 2 of the P90X Extreme Home Fitness thing I am starting up.

I have been thinking about my health a lot lately. I am 41 now, and this tire around my belly refuses to disappear. I see these obese, old people at the grocery store struggle to get out of their cars. I see my neighbor labor to walk to the mailbox and back. I do not want to end up like that. I refuse to end up like that. I will get back in shape this year. Or die trying.
