My life lately -
I had to put our cat down.
My 1 1/2 ear plug smashed on the floor,
Anark seems depressed.
I'm in the middle of a cancer scare ( brain) and can't get a CT (cat ) scan until I see a eye specialist and I can't see the specialist till he around again and has time for me ..so I'm waiting for a call and then if I know nb medical systems,I'll wait some more.
My dads in palliative care ward, choking on everything waiting to die. Yesterday he asked my mom to bring him a 48 . I guess so he could go out on his own terms. I don't blame him for asking one bit. The doctors say it will be any time now. So I'm waiting by the phone again.
To distract my self I'm playing with my kids and looking for camera batteries. So I can take pictures of the beautiful snow out side my husband and kids and all the other good things around me right now. If a picture really is worth a thousand words I will defeat my fears and sadness listed above under a avalanche of gratitude .
Some times I feel old fashion for writing blogs at all. There was a time when the internet was only word and thoughts and truly felt anonymous. Now its all pictures... Phone rings..
My new glasses are in! Not the news I was expecting but at least it was something to smile about. Hurray for clearer vision.
