Fingers crossed!! I've spent quite a few post telling horror stories about my apartment. You know the one that's so rundown we can't get insurance while we live in it? Yeah were still there but if everything goes well we'll be out of here at he end of the month! I know, that would be great.. and a bunch of stress out of our lives. Wish us luck!
