It is World Vegan Day tommorow. I think my work should give me the day off to celebrate, but they probably wont. The bastards! Anyways, heres showing some love to all my fellow Vegans! 
I am currently reading a book called "The Peculiar Memories Of Thomas Penman", by Bruce Robinson who also wrote the very funny film "Withnail and I" It is a fucking brilliiant book, and it mainly revolves around an incontinent 14 year old and his Porn obsessed Grandfather. It manages to be both (very) dark comedy and extremely touching at the same time, and I would most strongly recomend it (well, to anyone who is as sick as I am, anyways!)

My favourite TV Show at the moment is The Venture Bros on [adult swim] its not massively popular here in the UK (well not with the people i know anyways, this is so wrong!) Anyways I was really happy to see its getting loads of mentions on here in the Fave TV Shows lists of many an SG and Member. It cheers me so to find out that there is a "significant minority" of Venture Bros Fans out there. Go Team Venture!
Anyways here is a photo I took of myself last thursday on my crappy camera phone!
My hair is slightly lacking in colour on this, but it should be returned to its normal My Little Pony-type-state in time for the shooting of my new set on saturday. I am rather fond of the outfit and theme I have devised for this set , so although I am a bit nervous I am also really looking forward to it. Besides its really nice for me to spend ages thinking about makeup, and actually have a valid reason to do so!

I have been on SG for a couple of weeks now and I am FINALLY getting an idea of how this site works.
But I am pleased to say that I think I made the right decision in getting involved with the site. I think it is amazing the confidence all the women on here have about their bodies, appearance and personalities. It is such a contrast to all the bullshit in main-stream culture, where rules of beauty are often really strictly defined and anyone who is outside of this image, is often made to feel negative about their appearance.
I mean, I saw a programme on TV a few days ago about a lady getting breast implants and it made me feel sad. I dont really have a problem with cosmetic surgery, if the person having it, is only doing it as a minor life choice, so they can wear clothes that suit their personality a bit better, or something. However the lady I saw on TV, REALLY HATED her small boobs, and felt the only way she could be beautiful and sexy was to have a couple of lumps of silicone shoved in her chest, at great financial expense and a considerable ammount of physical pain.
I mean, this cant be right. I hate the idea that someone should feel so bad about the body that nature gave them. It is so ignorant and narrow minded to think that one body type is better than another. I think all the women on here are very brave and strong minded to not be influenced by these fascistic attitudes towards beauty. I have a big nose and small boobs and I think it would be sodding ridiculous if I wanted to change the way I looked through surgery. I really think that SG is challanging a lot of ideas that people have had forced down their throats about how people "should" look, and as a result it is making people feel happier and more confident in themselves. And this has to be a good thing!

I have FINALLY managed to upload a profile pic! This situtation has been pretty embarassing as I am not at all bad at resizing images, so it really wasnt my fault or anything (even though it looked like it was!) eventually I emailed SG techinical support, they figured there was a bug involving my computer, so I went to the internet cafe across the street from me and sucessfully uploaded one in there!

I hae arranged to do my first proper photoshoot (I dont count the practice one I sent in as a proper shoot, it was rubbish!) with the lovely Akemi in October. I feel very lucky to have this opportunity becuase (at the risk of sounding like a big suck up) Akemi is one of my favourite SGs. I much prefer the cute and kawaii SGs to the more overtly "buxom" (if that is the right word?) girls, hence my admiration of Akemi, Yoyo et al. So I am VERY optimistic that this set will be a goodun!
I have spent the first week of my free membership of the site sensibly browsing through pictures of SGs and learning about what stylistic features SG likes (I am an artist in my non-naked life, so I cant help being somewhat of a critic in all things visual) its been an interesting week, and I can honestly say that I have never seen so many boobs before in my whole life!
