My stupid Passat cost me a little over $1500 dollars. I took it in for a routine oil change and the mechanic called me and said that the rear brakes needed replacing and my motor mounts were leaking. I didn't know that motor mounts could leak. I only have 55000 miles on the car and it seems like every time I take it in for an oil change the mechanic always finds something else wrong with it. Well that's another month and a half of credit card debt. It will be a long time before I can afford to buy my big screen LCD TV. My next car is definitely going to be an American car. I'm thinking of getting a corvette. It will take me some time to save up for it but I have my heart set on getting one one of these days.
