I'm a 25 year old female seeking a roommate,
I live in apartments near town center. My roommate informed me that she is moving out at the end of April. I am looking for another female roommate. You must be on the lease, my first roommate had a foreclose on her credit and she was approved. It is a two bedroom and you would have your own bathroom. I am currently in the larger bedroom if you want to switch it's not a problem. I do have a dog, and we can have one more pet, she gets along with other animals of all kinds very well and so do I. There is a dog park, access to a gym 24/7, tanning bed, and pool in our apartments. My neighbors are nice and pretty much just say hi. There is plenty of parking. There is also a washer and dryer in our unit. I have the place furnished except your bedroom. I do have cable, internet and a home telephone line.

About me,
I'm neat, I do pick up after myself in the common areas of the apartment. I do cook and if you want to go in on half for groceries I don't mind cooking for two. I am single; I don't currently have any attachments so boys will not be coming over for a while. I do like having friends over and will let you know when I plan for them to be over. I do go out on weekends and sometimes during the week. My dog is my responsibility and I will not ask you to feed her or let her out. She is very well behaved and loves people.
