I'm supposed to compete tomorrow, but I had to drop out of the meet. I'm nursing a shoulder injury that just wont seem to go away. My bench just isn't where it should be and I don't want to risk a permanent blow out. Additionally, I'm having some personal problems that is keeping me from getting my head into it.

I know this is best, but I can't help but be depressed...
