@cigno Thanks! I'm just eating a bit cleaner and doing cross training. I do weight lifting 3-4 times a week and cardio one day a week. I usually warm up with 10 minutes on the stairmaster the days I go to the gym and I do body weight training plus some weights at home other days. I like to mix it up a lot!
