Everything is crazy right now! woo! I drove down to LA on Thursday spur of the moment... I'll be out here until Monday or Tuesday. Yesterday I was an extra in the music video shoot for Dave Navarro's band "Panic Channel". I totally got behind the drum kit and played with Dave and the bassist which was fucking great! After the shoot Luci and I went to the "She Wants Revenge" show. They were awesome! I got to meet a couple of the band members afterwards.
Today I shot a couple sets with Sawa who is awesome btw. Let's just say I got a little dirty for one of the sets.. hehe. Gotta run for now- Cedar is shooting a video with Anthrax and I'm going to go check it out. I'll let you know the excitements of the rest of the trip ASAP!

"Fire"
Would it be easier for us to just forget?
To pretend we never felt the butterflies fluttering in our stomachs..
Each day I feel like you are letting go of a part of us
Like a house slowly catching fire..
Starting with the curtains and onto the furniture
And when it's over you see the remainders of what once stood erect
Now lifeless and nonexistant
Would it be easier to explain
If it all went up in flames?
I'm sure my fuel to the fire helped in the path of destruction
But I didn't realize everything would be reduced to rubble so soon
In my eyes nothing is forever gone..
Everything can be rebuilt..
Sometimes you have to start with a pile of cinders, clear the mess, and start over
And one day.. before you know it.. Will stand a structure even more beautiful than what was remembered in the beginning
But without help... nothing can rebuild itself
We have to be in this together..
Until then I will stand alone and sift through the ashes

Let me just clarify that bondage tape is a HUGE pain in the ass!
When I saw it in the toy store I fell in love with it (yes.. a lot of the reason was because it was pink). I bought this shit about 6 months ago and haven't used it since then. At one point we tried to wrap it around my mouth so I couldn't speak but it wouldn't stick.. and then we tied my arms together but it came partially undone. It's also impossible to straighten out again (the tape is re-usable). I still have half of the fucking roll in my toy box... maybe I'll give it another try sometime.. haha Yeah right

Sooo my roommates and I are dog sitting the cutest little puppy everrrr. Her name is Geisha
She and I took a 3 hour nap earlier after we ran around the apartment and played.. hah.. It was the cutest thing ever- She was sleeping on my stomach and when I rolled over she cuddled up into my chest
So anyhoo... I've been running around town all day! I ended up hanging out with an old friend (he just moved into a new house).. and coincidentally- his roommate is in a band. Sooo after eyeing the drum set for about an hour- I couldn't help but play it. I totally rocked out in a skirt and flip flops... and I know what you are thinking- A SKIRT! hah.. luckily it was a long skirt (You people and your dirty minds!) Also right before i played I took a ride on a street bike for my first time. We were going 110mph at one point- What a rush! And again- I picked the perfect night to wear a skirt and flip flops.. hahaha.. I crack myself up sometimes
