There was snow last week, for three days. It was horrible! But it's gone now.
Even the port-o-potties were stressed out.
The unfortunate thing is that we were playing Scrabble in English, not "Internet French."
Dollhouses have gotten a lot more interesting since my childhood play days!
I saw this bunny painted on the college campus where I'm taking a Saturday class, and I couldn't decide whether it was supposed to be a comment on UVic's "management" of the wild bunnies or simply a poorly-rendered Pikachu.
I'm not fond of this time of year but I do like lights!

And I've never seen socks trees in the wild. i didn't know the socks grew so close on the trunk. I thought they were more like leaves. It must be very hard to harvest the socks at the end of the season.
I think I'm going to see the sock tree tomorrow during lunch. I don't think the city officials will let the sock tree last for very long because it rains so much here - the socks would probably stay wet and grow mold. It's a funny idea though.
On Government street by Cascadia Bakery there is a shop that often has a bicycle wrapped in wool out front. The sock tree is funnier version of the same idea.
I say... an English Disneyland, gov'nah? Fancy that!
Pip pip cheerio, bob's your uncle, easy peasy I'll put on me petticoat and pay the 5 quid so I can enter and make a proper visit!
