I participated in a triathlon today! (well, it was yesterday now)
It was a 5k. 1/4 mile swim in the ocean (which was way harder than I thought), 10 mile bike, 3 mile run (in the sand... and it was high tide, so no wet smooth sand option). I honestly thought I was going to die. I truly did. After my asthma attack, I
