Hello my lovelies =)

I have moved to a new home and still do not have the glorious interwebs. There is usually a lapse of a few days between each encounter of luck to get online. I apologize if I am delayed with any responses.

I am super excited for a mini vacation coming up where I get to meet, eat, and drink with a group of pink ladies. Hopefully I can secure my spot to shoot with the glowing and shimmering Lorelei.

Since I do not have internet, nor television, it leaves me with plenty of time to read. I am almost finished with the book Shantaram. What an unbelievable true story, holy shit. I am just in awe - in a daze after being forced to close the book and head to work. I recommend the book, highly. It has love, culture, gore. He is a very clever writer, to the point where I envy his talent. He wrote the near 1,000 page book 3 times (because the prison guards kept destroying it). I am sad that I am nearly finished reading it, the story has crept it's way into every fiber of my heart and mind. I feel like I am numb in my real life, and all of my passion and hope lies in the pages of Shantaram.

I failed at my first attempt in making blueberry muffins from scratch. I simmered blueberries, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, agave, cinnamon sticks, and coconut oil - in water. Then I put the juicy spiced blueberries into a mix of unbleached flour, eggs, cocoa, brown sugar, oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon yogurt, etc... They came out too gooey. They were cooked, but I don't think I used enough flour. They taste OK. Could be better!!! And they SHALL be better next time.
