So I need some help! I am trying to buy a mostly or full capagnolo road bike. My price range is no higher than 500$ so if you know of one or have one I'll buy it off you! I appreciate any help. Also if Anyone sees one on craigslist in your area I'll Pay you to ship it to me. I need about a 53 to 56 forthe frame. I also want it to be kind of sassy!

Is it for you? 56 seems a little big. And a bike with full Campy parts is going to cost a little more. You might be able to find an old bike with all campy parts, but then its "vintage", and then they rack up the price for a rusty POS.

Campy is going to be expensive. Unless you find someone that doesn't know what they are selling you're going to have a very, very hard time. Sorry! You can always start collecting parts and put a bike together when you get everything that you want!
Entry-ish level road bikes (non-Campy) will run you ~$400-$700.
A complete bike with full Campy is going to be ~$1000. Coloradans know bikes, so Craigslist is going to be tough to find a deal here. But check Ebay, because people sell for friends/relatives they don't always realize what they are selling.
Also, a 53 cm frame and a 56 cm frame is quite a difference. Have you been fit before? I'm 5'10" and I ride a 54 (I've got a 32" inseam), just to give you some sort of reference.
