happens to my street when it rains. Oh and by the way that is a levee in the background.
Hurricane Isaac is scheduled to make land fall on the day that Katrina hit 7 years ago. I can't believe it has been that long. That was the day I was suppose to start college, but instead it set forth a whirlwind of experiences that changed my life forever. Needless to say I'm more than a little nervous about it.

In other news, I am collecting knick knacks and bric a brac (what an awesome combo of words) for the decorating of my wedding festivities.

If anyone out there has patchwork quilts, picnic baskets, or birdcages that they want to get rid of please PM me!
