I quit. Not good to do things you dont want to do. For me at least.

Find a new one! We're in the same boat, lady. I am so over it.

Find one that is worth a damn or concentrate on life away from work. I make the most of my hours off the clock so that it is easier to laugh at what happens on the clock.

Find something else that does have your interest, then quit the old job. Good luck.

Hang on to it till you find another one, its some tough times out there, I'm pretty sure we all hate our jobs. I hate both of mine lol

I've learned that women talk to vent, not to ask for solution. I think your mind is all ready set, and just need the encouragement to do something about it. we humans need Change of environment once in a while, so yes. find something new to do. you have the skills, running that store for so long-and just like any sailor knows' sometimes zig-zaging gets you ahead much faster then going head on into something.

Take an upper-decker in the boss's toilet; hire a contractor to renovate your workplace and see how far the project gets before it is revealed that you didn't have the authority to do so; when people tell jokes, laugh and explain all the reasons why their joke is funny; start speaking to people using radio lingo such as "what's your 20?," "Roger that, good buddy," and "Over and out;" when you see someone holding something, quickly yank it out of their hand and gently put it down in front of them. Then look them smugly in the eye and say "That's how I roll." None of these will improve the job, of course. In fact, they'll probably get you fired. but at least it's a fun alternative to quitting!

Tell my boss to fuck off quit and seek employment somewhere else... Or at least thats what I've done with two jobs I couldnt stand anymore....
