look for a new job... just starting the process is cathartic.

First find out why - and then get a new job! So that you do not repeat the mistake. wink

Get fired and have fun doing it.

Bituach Leumi will take care of you for 6 months...... or they say that they will.

(But I guess that also depends on if you ware working here or in the states)

Good luck.

I am pretty sure I am in the same boat.

i would say quit... if you've got people skills, actual skills at something, or connections... but i've been at my job for nearly 7 years and i've hated it from day one.

I would think back to the last time I enjoyed the job, work out what's changed since then and then assess the possibility of it getting back to the way it was before.
I would figure in factors unrelated to the job, such as significant life changes (relationships, birthdays, etc) that might make you feel differently about the job even though nothing's changed within the job.
If there's no way to get back to how things were before, then I would look at the likelihood of getting a comparable/better job in the near future.
Sometimes the alternatives are a reminder of the good thing you already have.
Works for me, but I'm no sage.
