Not like I've been around forever, but in general I also agree with that blog.

It's good to see you girls sticking together. I have heard others complain, but maybe, if enough people stick together, things will change for the better.

This sort of thing happens every now and then. Try to think big picture. People come and go. Businesses are not supposed to be socialist or even democratic. People get paid to make decisions and inevitably, not everyone's going to be happy with those decisions. And last, but not least, nobody's perfect.

Do your own thing and try to have fun while you can. That's important.
