I so wanna go to a garage punk gig tonight but everyone is either hung over or still hybernated from this nasty cold weather..

On my last blog i mentioned that belgium Tattoo Convention in Ghent... right?
Well here are some photos and a video of one of the 2 Fashion Show i curated.
But firstly let me tell you...
Since a few years im the Art-Director of 3 Belgium tattoo Convention. It all actually started in Holland in the early 2010 at the Rotterdam Tattoo Convention when i organized the catwalk of my close friend Designer Barbara D'Altoe' with her Design & accessories Brand Maison Rode: (pls check her FB Page
The same year a bunch of european Sgs and i did a show at the very 1st

From being a model i became the curator and since then i had some great unforgettable experiences.
On the top list i would definitely mention our beloved Hezza with her gorgeous and Lingerie Brand Majo Rey:

"In the 70's, Marina Abramovic, an artist born in Belgrade, had a torrid love affair with Ulay. For five years, they shared their love, with numerous travels and performances. At a certain point, when both felt the relationship did not make sense anymore, they decided to separate. But not without walking on the Great Wall of China in a special way, Each of them started from one side of the wall and met in the middle for one last embrace.
After that, they followed different paths and never saw each other again. In 2010, when Marina was already a renown artist, the MOMA in NY paid homage to her body of work. In this retrospective, Marina would share a minute of silence with each stranger that would sit in front of her. 23 years after their last embrace at the Wall, Ulay arrived without her knowing and their re encounter happened, in a minute of silence."

I am LOOKING for good looking female models and a couple of male ones (both preferably with catwalk skills) for 2 Fashion Show i am curating.
The catwalk will take place at the 1st URBAN INK FEST, in Gent (Belgium) on March 2nd & 3rd.
The models will be walking the new Collection of my homie Street Wear Brand Lobster Apperel and a Belgium Lingerie Designer. (2 shows a day)

So...
These past months (summer til now) have probably been the BUSIEST ones of my life.
I have been working on a lot of photographic projects, i had lot of work pubblished on different worldwide magazines, i met some of the coolest inpsiring persons on Mother Earth, scouted new places, new countries, travelled oversea and had some utterly amazing experiences and of course some terrible misfurtunes as well!
I am now getting ready to head to Brussels tomorrow to set up my work at The International Brussels Tattoo Convention.
I will expose 8 photographs of mine, printed on alluminium (75x50 cm) on which some of my dearest SGs are going to be featured!
The exposition will be running throughout the week end. If you are on the hood you should come check it out!

Father Murphy whose singer, song writer and Guitar player is my cousin (let me be the proud lil cousin)Freddie Lee are now touring through North America (States & Canada).
Unfortunatly this didnt happen while i was in The States last month, i would have been uber chuffed to see them playing outside of EU.
They are touring together with californian Xiu Xiu and canadian Dirty Beaches.

Also our beloved talented Hezza will be at the Alternative Fashion Wk with her own Lingerie Collection.
Well, UK peeps come check it out (and say Hallo!)
Lately my life has been full of new amazing people, new friends, new places, new projects, new publications.
Im chuffed and stoked about it!
I have been recently to San Francisco, probably my new fave city.
SF has been literally just a wonderful adventure, Thanks to Saint who offered me her place for my entire staying. She hosted a bunch of SGs (i bet you all know already everything about it) + our boys DarrylDarko, seahorse and Hilthread for an entire wk end. 2days lived at their fullest, fun, hard work, and NO DRAMA!
San Francisco has been about: organic food // bike riding // Ocean // hang outs with Juliana, Buellher, Saint, spliff, Cruella, and a bunch of their friends // divey bars // windy nights out // cooking dinner for me and Saint // TONS of photoshoots.
I've FINALLY met Quinne, Rambo, havana and a bunch of super lovely Cali and Mid/east Girls and Vesta!
