Been drawing a lot lately. I saw Jim4 (from Blood Brothers, a tattoo studio in London) at a festival; he gave me some advice, which was awesome. Lovely chap. He was at the Hotrod Hayrise, whhich is a hotrod, customcar and rockabilly scene type event. It was good. I went to the Great Dorset Steam Fair recenly too. I love it, I've been almost every year of my entire life. Good craft tent, loads of steam engines, brilliant fair, and the cider. I love you, Old Rosie.
Do you think I should take down Magic Fruit? Or be patient? Its been like 4 months. I dunno. I really like it.

i started going to a roller derby club. its pretty excellent. i have a tonne of bruises anyway so got nothing to lose. i've never seen Whip It but i blatently need to.
i used to rollerskate as a kid, i'm still fast from those days, going round and round the school hall on a sunday afternoon to excellent techno tracks like the one below ↓ . oh my god these guys are cool. look at his fucking shiny trousers. is that a pvc ice-skating costume she's wearing? fuck me.
i shaved my section again. it had grown out. i shaved a spider web into it this time, though you can't always tell (last time it was a star).
aaaaaand here's my everyday little faceyface. no make-up.
im gonna be moving soon, the new place has a raised double bunk bed kinda deal. awesome!!!
ive been stretching my ear again. once upon a time ago it was 10mm and thats where im taking it back to. i was nearly there! but it got infected and i took the plug out so it went back down. as soon as i put the plug back in it got infected again. i think its this wooden plug. anyone else have problems with wood? i wonder if i leave it in boiling water that'll disinfect it. the plug, not my ear!

ive never been to so many festivals! my circus group has a Alice in Wonderland themed stage show, its wicked. i spin staff. ill try and get a video of it on fire for you soon.
i dont think i showed you this yet! when i was in the gloriously hedonistic Amsterdam, on an SG holiday, Dwam tattooed the back of my leg with her design of a nonchalent cat-hat girl:
i'm working hard. i have more hours at the moment. its with an alarming regularity that i get home, fall asleep straight away, only to get up and go back the next morning. weak!!! normally i only work a few hours a day, which i like, coz i spend the spare time practising staff, and practising drawing. i have a sketchbook i'm determined to fill.
i joined the local video store and started watching the older stuff, which was cheaper to get out. i didn't like annie hall at all, ugh. i saw casshern which was visually incredible. a japanese steampunk sci-fi, beautifully shot, with tonnes of weird special effects. capote was beautifully shot too, in a cold composed sort of way. sinnah has a new set dedicated to the man and the film, i was with her when she got her tattoo, and now ive seen the film i understand her love for it! i saw the 2 live action death note movies. i read the manga when it came out. i think they did a good job with it! it always annoyed me that they didnt make misa into a badass character, she had the potential, what with the eyes, and the vengeance and stuff. her shinigami looked cool too.

once upon a time, i woke up and got out the door to find my bike missing. i walked to work, and there it was, chained up with my lock, to the gate. i got it straight back, since they hadn't even changed the combination!
i remember my friend saying, when i told her i'd lost the bike, i'm surprised you're not more upset about it! i was a bit miffed, but felt sort of accepting about the situation. there was a sense of ebb and flow, i just figured, well, i'm sure i'll get a new bike at some point. i made up another bike once out of spare parts, but that was stolen too. i was given one by a friend soon after. all just part of the great circle of bike ownership.
i want to paint this one i've got now black with neon green stars, since i saw these handlebars that were black with neon stars in the bike shop (when i went for the D-lock) and i think it'd look pretty good. bit like these ones:
i've been making some practise staffs, since i want to get good at doubles. made them from broomsticks, with black tape wrapped around, with neon pink tennis racket grip in the center, and weights on the ends. ultra girly cyber staff! one day maybe i'll make doubles with wicks so i can set them on fire. whats a fire staff? you just set the ends on fire and spin it around really. like this girl:
i should get a video of me spinning at some point, so you know what i'm on about!

i fell off my bike trying to stand on the seat. like an idiot. wasn't even drunk. bumped my head and shoulder. thoughts, in order:

2. well my glasses are still in one piece.
3. i better not have bloody well injured my self out of the show!
luckily, i hadn't. the next weekend i spun fire in a circus performance of alice in wonderland. i was one of the cards, of the red queen's army. i made the card costumes myself, out of pillow cases, only a quid each! bargain. not really a psytrance fan, but i got in free as a performing artist, so thats alrighty.

i miss this place! talking to you guys. i'm terrible at keeping a routine. or looking after money. one day i'll have the internet and then i'll be back. i went to see 65daysofstatic, love that band. my girl friend moved in with me. this is excellent, my wardrobe has now doubled, plus she has a playstation. i play a lot of tekken. i bought a sketchbook and ive been doing some more drawing lately. for the last 2 weeks ive had a cold, i think it was a chest infection, but it seems to be going. i didnt miss any work, my work is rubbish, there's no sick pay. i went to a little juggling festival, and instead of a ticket they gave me a knitted yellow flower. i brought my staff. i practise fire staff on the weekends at circus club. and at night. when you can smell the parafin, hear the wooshing noise of the flame rushing past your ear, see the stars. we are all made of stars. xxx
