I fell off my bike and grazed my elbow, boo! I lost a bit of my tattoo. :[
Should I let it heal dry, or some ointment or something, or a plaster? What's best?

Oh well. It's part of the game, and I'm enjoying getting more fresh air. I didn't make any New Years Resolutions but maybe its just that time of year where I start pretending to love healthy food and exercise?

Game of Thrones is frickin amazing.

My friend read the books. They're massive! I wish I had time to do that.

PS check out my new set, maybe leave a comment! ;]

And thank you SO MUCH to everyone who's left a comment on the set so far!

Ouch, that's a real flesh wound there. Do us all a favor and choose a less dangerous sport, such as chess or something biggrin and use pads!

Once your skin's OK, have a spider tattoo over that scar! tongue

I've never thought about losing part of a tattoo like that. Hopefully it comes back.

Having grazed myself loads like that, I find vaseline at first helps force any small bits of grit in the wound to the surface and then savlon afterwards to help speed up healing.

Definitely put some ointment on it for the first few days or so to prevent any possible infection and then from there let it air heal. If the skin starts to get really dry and flaky put some Aloe Vera or Vitamin E ointment on it. Keeps the skin moist as well as helps prevent scarring.

A few of my friends have read the Game of Thrones series as well and say it's well worth the read but at nearly 1000 pages per book it is hard to find the time.

Ouch! Well, in my experience, scratches usually heal faster if you leave them alone. Then again, what do I know?!

I've read the books for Game of Thrones too! They're better than the show, by far, but a tremendous time commitment all the same.

Your new set is great! You're such a hottie! love

Anytime I do any damage to any of my tattoos I just let it heal...hasn’t made much of a difference so far.

So sorry for falling off the bike. Add some antibacterial ointment like "Neosporin", it will heal faster. Keep the wound nice clean, it's the most important.
