I find the "keeping up with the Joneses" drunk is somewhat worse than the "drowning your sorrows" drunk, but neither compare to the "I'll show you Under the Volcano" drunk. Unhappiness can be quite persistent, hanging around despite all matter of spree and pleasure. A rough shod horse leaving you with no option other than riding it out. Drink, ride, abide.

I keep saying "president obama" out loud, like some stoned teenager. it's a good, good thing. you being unhappy, however, is not. chin up.

Whether Obama succeeds or fails, I believe his intentions are good. If nothing else, I hope he can set a precedent for how future presidents should govern and what U.S. citizens should expect from their president. I do pray that he is successful though and that he can steer the country towards a path that will lead to a more sustainable future.

Vice you really do get funnier when you are drunk. At least you knew what was going on. I hope you enjoy your visit to my city next month. I am sad that all the beautiful SGs will be here when I am gone. There's always next time hopefully.
