I quit my midnights job! Unfortunately I do not have another one so I am unemployed

I took my sick rattie, Gitzy, to the vet today for a respiratory infection, and the vet doesn't think she's going to get better.
Got some meds though and I'm keeping her close to me pretty much at all times. On that note, stop by and give Vermin some love as she's just lost her girl I've got some type of respiratory infection myself I think.... teh asthma's been really bad for waaaay to long, despite the absence of any type of smoke in my lungs. The only type of medication that has worked was a free sample and is not something I can afford to purchase
I miss me some pot... and I can't sleep lying down without waking up gasping for air. Trying to sleep propped up is making for an unhappy back and neck.... I'll go to the doctor on Monday I swear.....

I'm sorry to hear about Gitzy.It's always hard when pets get sick because we care about them so much I hope everything goes well.

I hope your Gitzy gets better soon. It's so sad to lose a loved one. My friend, who owns the mom for 2 of my cats, lost the mom cat just 2 days ago, and that is very sad for me. She died during kitten birth.....I'm thinkng this litter will be my cat's last litter, I don't want to risk her life like that.
Good luck with the job search. Here is Sask, the economy is growing so fast that there are jobs everywhere!!! but too many of them are still minimum wage.

I'm seriously choked up over rats today after reading your journal (and Vermin's.) I wish nothing but the best for you and, for what it's worth, if I had a business in Winnipeg I'd offer you a job in a second. Your creativity and affection for rats are hallmarks of a person who would be a valued asset anywhere! I really hope you feel better soon.
