Work has been incresingly more enjoyable for me in the last few months, I feel happy to go to work, see people, and interact. Granted there are always customers that make things less then ideal, however I've been really reveling in the time I have there being silly with my friends. We will get stuck in the back of the dressing room taking photos often for far too long on a nearly nightly bases.

I've been getting home when the sun's headed back up.

Its nice to feel comfortable at work again. I hope it lasts.


If you weren't aware, Disneyland was open until 6 AM on the leap day (the 29th). My good friend convinced me to go with her and it was a blast. The park was to capacity, there were lines out the door, the streets were overcrowded, and we barely rode any rides but the time together goofing off was definitely worth the price of admission!

My snake guy finally hatched a clutch of baby moluccan pythons!! I am ecstatic to say the least!

This is the a mirror image of the tattoo I have on my left arm, but skeletal! So amazing! This is the piece I dream of having one day in my home.

I needed to buy a new HDMI cable, fell in love with this one, but there was a problem. If i have any fellow graphic designers out there looking at this, then you have probably already notices the kiss of death. That's right, papyrus. The logo is done in the worlds most awfully overused font, papyrus. I looked beyond the packaging and took the cables out, they were beautiful. Then i saw they had the same text etched on the cables. Needless to say, I couldn't have them in my home..

Some one has a habit of running so fast and so hard that she rips her pads, making post riding pad inspection quite necessary.



This is also my Subies favorite time of year..

I had to take my two dogs, Nashville and Scotia to the vet, one to get Scotia the vaccine for Lymes disease. bike season for me means running through tall brush and under oak trees for her, in other words, tick season.
Second I wanted to have a weird blemish on my older dog Nashville looked at, as well as a small lump, lumps are never good .

The good news: The lump is just a fatty tumor, benign and non threatening.
The bad news: The skin blemish is a tumor.
The worse news: Aside from the thousand dollar invasive surgery she will have to under go to have the tumor removed she may also have Cushings Disease.
My best friend is very worried about her, but I reassured her that if she does die, we will bury her in the back yard, then 3 weeks later dig her up and she will have turned back into a puppy! Its science.



That little bit of sad news aside, this weather has been so lovely to wake up to





My dark green pumpkin has begun its change to orange, very sad indeed.




I have an escaped convict.

All I have is a piece of skin under a table to let me know he is on the move. Its going on day 2 and i still have yet to see any sign of him..

Odin has been aiding in the search





This guy keeps messing with me.. First he acts all available, then right when i think i can rely on him, he vanishes into thin air.
