I start instructing again tonight for Kung Fu. This is my first time back instructing since my injury. I am not completely healed up, but I have been advised I need to get back into the swing of things to strengthen up my knee. As for my own training, I will only be back at Fu in Feb Don't know if I am scared or excited On the plus side, I get to train again Also, going to give Tai Chi a go this year to help with posture and strengthening of my joints. No repeat injuries!

So, its a new year

How was everyone's New Year and Christmas?
Mine was great. Spent Christmas with the family, which was tons of fun. Except for my poor baby brother pining for his girlfriend. It was kind of cute.

New Years I spent a quiet one in with the boy, catching up on Big Bang Theory Yes, I finally have caught up with one of the more awesome shows. I don't know how I have survived without it.

Thought I would put up a happier post

Quick comment on the healing process - fuck its taking a long time!!! I know its only been a week, but seriously? *sigh* guess I will have to suffer being looked after.

It has been a month that I have been with the man thing, we shall call him E. You guys can figure out why He is in Johannesburg at them moment. It has been a tough week for both of his. his Grandfather passed away at the beginning of the week and I haven't been able to be there for him as much as I would like because of my injury
He gets home tomorrow, which I am really looking forward too. In case anyone is wondering how the hell I have landed up in a serious relationship this soon after being in a two year relationship, well, I have known E for a long time. He has been a big part of my life. We never really thought about having a relationship until a month ago, due to our working relationship. Hopefully it all goes smoothly. So yeah, it has happened, and we are completely honest with each other. Makes life a little more interesting

Now, seeing as I have been bound to my bed for the last week, I don't have pretty pictures for all of you However, I do want to mention some awesome people on the site.

Firstyl, to RemoD66, who has been such a sweet heart. Thank you so much for all your support this last week, and for making me smile when I have been really down. You are definitely one of the most awesome people on this site Thank you for that.

I know i haven't blogged in a month Really sorry. 3reasons

1. The awesome surprise which I will tell you all about very soon. Thank you to everyone involved

2. I have met the most awesome guy who has swept me off my feet into a very fast moving, romance filled relationship. everything is starting to settle down, but it has been racy

3. I managed to dislocate my kneecap about a week ago, and had to go in for surgery as my knee-cap broke during the dislocation/relocation process. they removed a liver of bone and reattached all the tendons. it apparently all went well. I will give full details and recovery report as soon as I can type a blog and see what I am typing.

On that note, I am sitting so far from my screen, that i can't really see what I am typing (yes, I am being lazy and not changing the resolution). Apologies for any spelling mistakes

Anyway, hope everyone else is doing way better than me

So, its definately blog time again. Especially seeing as the adorable Lumo is in MR.
Yup, her new set A Strange Fortune is out for all to see her in her absolute awesomeness!



Also, once again, she has been absolutely awesome at me regarding developments happening within the next week. Its all a little hush hush for now, but you will all see soon

Other than that, gees I am feeling broody at the moment! It is shocking. A friend of mine has a six month old baby girl who is going to be a heartbreaker when she grows up. Red hair and the biggest bluest eyes in the world!
That, and one of the Si Fu's was at my kung fu school to show me his swords, and his 17month old little girl was running around, peering into class and just being adorable! She is definitely a little kung fu girl in the making

Oh, right, the swords. Si Fu bought them into the school because I am busy getting one made. I have learnt that for training purposes it is going to have to be blunt (yup, cut my hand open ) but I can always get it sharpened at a later stage. I am getting a willow leaf dao, with a shorter blade. The tip is going to be just above my shoulder. I am going to be visiting the sword maker on Tuesday so we can sort out the grip and make sure the sword is light enough for my wrist. I am very confident that my new sword is not going to further degenerate my wrist though. I am bouncing off the walls!

Hopefully come friday I will once again be free to do what I want. Although, I do need to start job hunting next week. Apparently my parents don't see the plus side of paying me to live at home! The problem is, what do I want to do this time? I am staying away from being a receptionist *bleh*

Other than that, I am playing with fire as usual. Silly boys, and their being likeable! Hopefully it will pass. If it doesn't, well, oh shit I guess.

Goodmorning All

Well, I am halfway through exams, and about as stressed as a spider who has had its web broken.

So what new and exciting things do I have to tel;? Well, nothing really. Just been studying, procrastinating from studying by playing Simssocial on FB. Managed to get my LoL to update again, which means that I now have LoL to procrastinate with. Busy reading the first book of the Game of Thrones series, which is really awesome.

In among my procrastination titbits, I can across the Online Colour Challenge. I scored an 8. If anyone is interested in giving it a go I would be interested in the answers.

I have been doing a lot of kung fu as usual, so the bruise count is still fairly high I am down to five people in my white one class. I am not to sure if its because I am a hard instructor or if I just got one of those classes. Slightly worrying, but I guess it happens. We also busy redoing the kids class syllabus, which is interesting and at the same time hard to implement correctly. Hopefully it will all work out.

Otherwise, I will hopefully have some pictures on my next blog. Maybe something interesting to write about other than a brief random description of what is happening in the joyous world around me.

Hi All

Well, I survived the camp. Actually, funny note, we didn't actually camp. Too many people were going to arrive late (myself ad Miggel included. but we had to teach the kiddies so it was a legitimate reason), so we just trained at the school. Was pretty awesome. Finished my one extra curricular form *happy dance* and did some wicked knife sparring with my Si Fu. Naturally, he managed to 'kill' me numerous times, however, i did manage to get two awesomely sneaky 'kills' in

Otherwise, life is going to take even more of a standstill the next three weeks. I start exams soon

I am not going to bitch about studying, we all know it sucks. I am however, going to give you a description of my day as decided by RM (ex co-worker). He wrote it in 'blog' format as if he was me Before you get to read it, you have to understand he is an incredibly sarcastic person.
My description of my day to him was: wake up, eat breakfast, watch disney channel, play sims social, study, eat lunch, stare at books, go to kung fu, get home, bath, go on SG, go to bed
