So, pretty much new month and I was going to do an epic blog of epicness.

Well, my first idea was to do a blog on Harry Potter.

Then I thought seeing as G occasionally reads these blogs, I would do a whole blog on engagement rings and proposals to freak him out (because I am a good girlfriend like that)

However, then I came across this video



So, I have decided that I am going to give it a try. 1s every day of my life. At the end of the month I shall try post the video (obviously this is dependent on how much footage I actually get).

And on a completely different note:

As from today I am back to being a full time University Student.

I don't know who knows what, I am going to assume you are all ignorant. So yeah, I started my honours in Psychology two years ago via a correspondence University. The first year went okay. The second year was a total failure.

So I thought stuff it, I am either going to give up or go to a proper University full time. So I applied. Now what you need to know is that it is extremely difficult to get into a University Post-Grad course even having done your Post-Grad at said University. It is practically unheard of that University take students from other Universities for Post-Grad.

So yeah, *happy dance* I got in Out of 105 students, I am one of 4 who came from another University.

So yeah, that's my happy news.

Wow, another year already. Time really does fly when you are running around like a headless chicken trying to get things done and sort out businessy type things.

I have to admit my holiday was definitely much needed. I feel more revived, more energetic, more... ah, hell, who am I kidding? I got lazy and now that I have to do things again I feel like pulling a five year old temper tantrum.

So, today was back to the Crossfit box where I could barely do a pushup. Okay, so that might be an over exaggeration but my god it was tough. You would think I have never worked out before.

Tomorrow dawns the new Kung Fu year and horror of horrors: It is a Grading Year.
Which means lots and lots of fun filled stress. And training. Lots of training. Thinking about it makes me feel tired and sleepy.

it doesn't help that the awesome Sub-Tropical Heat of Death has hit us, and the humidity zaps your strength and will all while causing you to bake in your own skin.

However, I do have Diablo III and Dawn of War: Retribution to keep me occupied. The former clocking more game time naturally. I have also ordered a copy of Skyrim so while all you gamers out there play the expansion, I am actually going to play the game.



As for Dawn of War, well, it kinda started as a bit of a joke because my adorably handsome boything is completely addicted to it. Well, he is in love with the Warhammer 40,000 Universe in general. Thats right, I have to compete with a Space Marine.

As for me, I am favoring the Imperial Guard. I like being a boring human. So sue me.



I like playing the Force Commander as my champion. TBH though I haven't really given anyone else a try. Nor have I given another race a try.

I did start playing the Ork campaign.



However, it is pretty much exactly like the Imperial Guard Campaign (which I completed) so I am possibly not going to finish it.

So I am busy with Skirmishes against the AI. I am a bit scared of playing against other players. I don't feel like being told I am a complete noob. The boytoy assures me that people are a little nicer on DoW, but I have played enough LoL to be skeptical.




A little more gaming, but more xbox orientated. The boy and I are playing co-op Rayman Origins.



Which is surprisingly fun platform game.

If you don't believe me, Ben 'Yahtzee' Crowshore did a really cool video review comparison with Rayman Origins and Super Maria Adventure 3D Land.

Anyway, it is lots of fun, can hold up to four players and is pretty challenging at the same time as being really enjoyable.

And considering I can play it (and I suck at xbox) and the boy is still challenged (he lives on his xbox) it is a great co-op game.

Also, you can hit the other player. Which is great for stress relief



So other than that, I have pretty much been watching and re watching Doctor Who. I have started watching Fringe again, which is interesting.

On that note, I think I am going to go have a cold shower and possibly play a game or two of DoW.

Yes, it is true. It is another blog. A whole week away from the last blog.
I know, it is shocking. I have a confession to make. I am unemployed. That is right. No income, living at home, being bored senseless. So you guys get to listen to me rambling on and on.

So, to start things off a little catch up.

I had coffee with the amazing Arroia yesterday. Went to the annual kung fu bring and share the day before (featuring the goddamn sexy Lumo ). The entire of the previous week I cannot remember what I did but I do know it involved not being able to breathe (bad chest infection) and attempting to paint some grapes (which was not exactly my best attempt at painting ever).

Sadly. No photos. Well there might be a photo of the grapes on my instagram. I would tell you to follow me but I rarely use is (costs way too much money in data).

So. I have also managed to watch the New Who's for the second time. I am also waiting for more of the Classic who's to download.

I thought I would my top five heart wrenching moments of the new Who. I am leaving out as much references as possible and spoilering (for those of you who have yet to watch it)

Just as an interesting side note: I cannot see the 'Spoiler' banner without hearing it in River Song's voice!

On the other side of the reality screen, I have been on rescue missions today. My darling cat (Gucci - I had nothing to do with naming him) decided to hunt down and bring in two snakes. So as I rescued the one, I returned to find that I needed to rescue another.

I seem to be making this a monthly occurrence. Look at me, being all regular and stuff.

Well, my most exciting news today is that the stunning love of my virtual (and possible real - but you will never know ) life has returned home from her week in JHB.

The most awesomely talented Talamia kidnapped my love Arroia for nudie photo fun while I was left stranded at home being sick and penniless *drama drama drama*

Of course, Talamia kidnapped many other girls, including my kung fu buddy in arms Lumo, but the one I missed the most was my lovely Arroia.



The best news (second to the fact that she is home and bathing at this very moment ) is that there is going to be the most epically gorgeous new set of her coming out *sigh* Of course it has just been shot and needs editing and such but the excitement is so overwhelming I felt the urge to share

As some of you may have noticed, or may not have. or potentially will. or probably don't care. I have found myself taken by a knight in shining armour (not really) into the realm of committed relationship (yes really) and potential seriousness and lovey dovey gooey stuff. Okay, maybe that is a slight over exaggeration, but I am in a relationship (yay). Which means many many questions. I guess the fun part will be discovering the answers.

yes, no, maybe. Everything is up in the air.

And for those of you who are wondering, no, I have not gone completely bonkers and think I am dating the Doctor (although it is a potential possibility which may happen but not likely while Matt Smith is the Doctor)

So my love has no TARDIS, no sonicscrewdriver nor the intelligence of one who has lived for over a hundred years and travelled through space and time to many galaxies, stations, beginnings and ends. However, he does have 11years martial arts experience, and awesome car and gives the best back tickles ever! (the last one is a very important criteria).

Indeed, I am smitten. All wrapped up in love's glorious light (for those of you who know me, stop laughing at my bullshit. I am having fun!)

Well, I am starting to make myself feel nauseated anyway.

Didn't have much to blog about I am afraid. Unless you lot want another Doctor Who blog.

So, while I am busy waiting for my downloads, I thought I would write a quick, uninformative blog.

Now, most of you are probably thinking 'How is this a bad thing?' Well, I shall tell you

If no news is good news then I must be filled with the best kind of news.

Moved time slots at Kung Fu. New (old) classmates, including the gorgeous Super Lumo. I am telling you, you have to be some sort of crazy-ass, fit as a fiddle, slightly masochistic to try and keep up with her! She is insane!
It is also slightly strange going from being the big fish in the less senior class to being the little fish in the more senior class. It is very humbling. Although I fear my classmates and I may soon be regarded as class clowns as we tend to laugh off our pain and weariness instead of remaining super serious.

Other than that, there is a new hobby of mine: CrossFit. Yeah, I know, it's more excersise. However, it it not strictly speaking, Kung Fu. So it is a start on not doing only Kung Fu. I may possibly get more interesting yet (or at least have a rock hard body!)

In other news, well, I am still waiting for the last video blog I shot to be edited. In all fairness, Sheepboi has been a little busy with his completely looney bosses driving him up the wall. So I say we should forgive him. He is after all doing this for free.
