What else...I'm going to Montreal in a couple of weeks. Just for a couple of days. Should be a nice time.

Got the photos! Martini, her boyfriend RobCowpunk3rd and myself had a fantastic dinner at Alice Fazoolis.
Here are a few photos from the pre-gala dinner at Alice Fazoolis.

And here are just a couple for the gala. I didn't go camera happy this year.
Congratulations to the winner of my Knot Just Dreads $100 gift certificate. I know her real name but sadly not her member name. Nonetheless, she was very sweet and it is her birthday.
Thank you
I wasn't digging for HB wishes. lol
But on a related note. I did actually have a terrific BD weekend. My man and I hit up good ol' Tanawanda with two friends of ours for some over the border shopping.
The customs agent coming home was so GREEN that she was fumbling over her words. When cowpunk3rd told her that he was living and working in Canada on a work permit, she light heartedly replied.. "I didn't know you needed a permit to snowboard!"
Seriously. She thought he said snowboard permit instead of work permit.
Pretty hilarious since we bought nearly a grand in clothes and electronics.
You'd think she would have asked about all the shopping bags in the back of the vehicle.
WELCOME TO CANADA!
