1. Been too busy to type lately. Gotta lot goin' on. But it's majority awesome, minority pain in the ass. Moving sure is time consuming.
2. Bought myself a Dirt Devil Scorpion yesterday to suck the damn cluster flies out of my windows and the thing works GREAT.
3. All of our chickens had to go to the freezer prior to the move, it sure was a day of slaughter. Our driveway was covered in blood and guts (we processed them on some plastic and cutting boards on the back of Trucky, our offroading butcher block). Neat thing was that since a few of the hens had started laying you could see the egg yolks inside of them like clusters of grapes. Took a picture and when I can find the camera again, I'll post it.
4. I hope we have a cold winter. Cold enough to freeze out the Pine Beetle in BC and cold enough to freeze our Lake and get it back in proper working order. But seeing as it was so warm here on Thanksgiving that the beaches were lined with people swimming... somehow I don't think we're ever going to have a proper freeze again. Oh, the shit we do and continue to do to our poor planet...
5. And here's a shot (thanks GoogleMaps) of our new happy homestead. When all you city folk have run out of food and water and are killing each other off, well, you'll know where I'll be now.
HOORAH!

Twwly Tidbit: Keep your eyes wide for other 40+ pictures taken at the same time as my profile shot.
