i hurt my neck falling off some scaffold, im not happy. its soo restricting. you might be wondering how i managed to fal off, and its a simple answer of i was up there so long working and focusing that i forget i was on one and stepped back. . . twat really . . starting to teach my new pole dancing classes this week, think its gotta be a lil bloody tricky now
