oh my goodness. oh my goodness. oh my goodness. i just picked up the san francisco guardians best of the bay issue which is now out and michelle tea did a write up on my art gallery - femina potens. if your in sf, pick up the paper and read it. oh my goodness. i love michelle tea and its just the best thing every to have her write up about my gallery. i've been so stressed out today trying to get rent together and all but this makes me feel oooh so much better. its like you try so hard to make things work and get stressed and forget why your doing what your doing and then you get these beautiful little reminders and its all worth it. and you keep on. and keep on. and change is made and soon the world will be a happy beautiful peaceful non opressive utopia...or so we can hope.

so i made it back alive from utah. i'm so glad to be back home. leaving sf and coming back makes me fall in love with this city all over again. utah dry hot 100 degrees and you had to fill out paper work to go to a bar. there is some rule where you have to become a member to get into bars and fill out all this paper work. to each her own i suppose. but i'm glad to be back where the pbr flows like a river and everybody knows my name. my hello kitty vibrator did a good job of keeping me company on lonely nites.

today was my loves birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MONICA.

so what have i been up to? well, working away at my art gallery. we are planning a fundraiser for the space its a Super Sexy I Scream Social that will include jello wrestling,whipped cream fights,human sundaes,music, and performance art. oh yeah.. and i've been thinking about monica non stop. monica is hot. hot, i say. monica hurry out to sf right now..... rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr- squirt.

i think i have the best house mates ever. they all rock.

oh.. i'm going out to see from monument to masses tonite at bottom of the hill. has anyone heard their new cd? its really f@#ing amazing.

i'm going to provo utah this weekend for a workshop dealing with work i'm doing at another gallery/performance space. i'm not really looking forward to it. but maybe it will give me sometime to catch up on my reading. right now i'm reading a collection of short stories that carol queen edited and she actually wrote one of the stories as well. its called pomosexuals. its really very interesting. the preface(written by kate bornstein) is killer.

one of my friends copied nicos chelsea girls and marble index. i've been falling in love to music by nico as of late but hadn't bought anything. so, i'm very happy to have these in my collection now.

sooo...this is my first journal entry on suicide girls. my photos will be up shortly and i'm sooo excited to be a part of such a rockn site. i'm transcribing an interview i did w/ one of my favorite authors (carol queen). shes so amazing. i'm cleaning up my art gallery from a show we had on tuesday w/ boy scout,half seas over, anna oxygen, and my band butcheR & smeaR. my band is playing at galia for all you san fran folk out there on july 13th. so i want to see you there. ummm lets see what else. i'm going to mexico on saturday and tomorrow...ummm oh.. yeah the 4th..my friends are having a party called born on the 4th of july where every is dressing up as different tom cruise characters, i think i'm doing the risky business thang with tighty whities and sun glasses. till later.
